I was charged by Expedia, then twice by the property. I paid the deposit in cash, so i was refunded that immediately. As i called to resolve the issue, they claim i have already been refunded (i have for one of the mischarges and not the other) Its less about the mixup, and more about not beign able to get a word in while speaking to someone to try to resolve it. I got the whole its already been done, that was the deposit (nope cash) wasn't us run around. These things are what make it hard to even trust the smaller chains anymore.

The room was not clean. Breakfast was horrible... all serving trays were empty they had a few bagels, cereal and the waffle machine. No water except from an old school water fountain... no thank you. I should have known because it's a Wyndham hotel always a disappointment

You can tell the hotel is older once in a room. Our tub faucet was coming out of the wall and you had to turn it on and off just precisely. The room was comfy though and suited us fine. The breakfast was lacking and there was no drinks (juice, milk or coffee).

There was no hot water, the whole facility felt dirty. The couch in our room was nothing short of disgusting. Do not waste your time or money on this place.

Please do better
Room and overall property was not clean. Pros: close to I-20, close to dining and groceries. Front counter was polite and helpful. Linens smelled clean. Cons: carpet, floor tables and counter tops were dirty. Room smelled like smoke, linens although they smelled clean had visible stains and cigarette burns in them. As well as tearing on one part of the sheets. Please minimally replace linens when your staff finds issues like listed above. It seems like the absolute minimum is being done with cleaning in this hotel. This property needs a deep cleaning and it is very unpleasant seeing stains, burns, rips and dirty carpets when arriving to your room after a long day. All you want is a hot shower and a clean bed and I was only 50% satisfied on those two simple asks. Please do better for your business and your customers. Without your customers you have no business and without your business well… I’m sure I don’t have to spell that out.

Dear Robert,I am so sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. Although, about the door, if it is the handle that you're speaking about, then the door most likely was not broken. It may have appeared to be broken because the handle was tilted downwards. All of our door handles do this and many guests' mistake this for the handle being broken. All you have to do is push the handle up just a little and it would snap right back into place! If we are wrong and you would like to reach out and let us know, feel free to do so!

New software and untrained staff. They charged my credit card for 4 nights and refunded only 1. The room was comfortable, but had no hook up for phone charger on bed-side table. The bathroom door swung open during the night and we leave the light on for a night light causing the mirror across from the door to reflect in my face as I tried to sleep. Didn't find the night light until the following morning. We are currently working with staff to fix the overcharge problem.

It was in a convenient location and overall clean. My room for one was extremely small but it was suitable for one night. The breakfast could be improved and they were out of some things when I was there at 8:30am

Good location and a lot of restaurants/grocery stores/gas nearby. Room’s floors and common areas floors could have been cleaner and bathroom area cleaned a bit more. The beds/linens/towels were clean and fresh. Beds were very comfortable as well. Good selection for breakfast.

These rooms were in nicer shape than the Hampton next door. Our family had a large group and split between the two hotels. We had better accommodations and they had better food. This breakfast option was pretty terrible compared to all the other hotels we've stayed in. The towel service was limited - we had 4 in our rooms but they only gave us 2 towel sets each time. And when we asked for more, they didn't have any available until later in the day/evening.

Ear Plugs.
For a basic hotel, it's perfectly fine. Clean, with adequate amenities for the price. The downside was the walls are a bit thin so you're stay will be as pleasant as long as the person next door is quiet and doesn't talk loud on his phone till 1am. Consider some ear plugs.

Not very accommodating
I've stayed here before but I don't think I will again. Just several irritating issues that added up to a lot of frustration. They gave me the smallest room they had - I guess as a result of using Hotels.com. They messed up my two reservations and overcharged me for the room - I just let it go. I rarely saw anyone actually at the front desk, which I thought was kind of weird. At least, breakfast was pretty good.

Was competitively priced to hotel/motels that were nowhere near as nice. Basically we paid for a basic bed and shower but got a hotel a few levels above that. Very Nice Hands down our first choice when we’re in the area again. One note, the bathroom and in our shower in our room was perfect for wheelchair access or those with mobility issues.

Awful!!!!! Horrible!!! Disgrace!!
Less than poor customer service unprofessional management. Conveyed my issues of Broken heater and told nothing they can do, after getting your money. Save the headache and your money! Go down the block to Holiday inn.
