“Super clean, booked it as a surprise for my Wife, she was amazed with the property, so central to Canterbury, everywhere a short walk. Great communication from owners. 5* stay for us.”

“It’s the middle of summer and no fan is provided. I asked and they never responded. They saw my message on WA but chose to ignore me. Then when I called because their lock box was broken they answered the phone straight away. This property is LOUD. Friday night people walking by talking loudly and the adjacent busy road is also very loud. The stairs are STEEP. Not great for young children but we made it work. “Absolutely stunning property and lovely hosts! Barry and Gaynor were a delight to speak with and were very helpful with any questions we had. They left us some breakfast foods in the fully stocked kitchen which was a surprise and it was delicious! Incredible panoramic ocean views from multiple rooms! Thank you so much for welcoming us into your home. Our stay was very relaxing, peaceful and just an incredible experience.”

“The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Very short walk into town with all of its amenities. Stone bay and its beach below the house. Lots of hot water. The TV aerial appeared to be out of the back of the TV so no terrestrial Television but there was Netflix. No obvious folder with instructions on how to work things or what to do when leaving short of put keys back in lockbox. Fortunately I am a seasoned self catering renter so took away the rubbish etc.”
