I was pleased with the breakfast options that were offered once the renovation was completed. The room I was put in was newly renovated and very nice. All the staff was very friendly. I would of just appreciated knowing about the renovations to the property prior to my arrival to accomadate for having to get up early to leave to find breakfast.

While I noted some minor upkeep issues, my room was in good shape, the sheets clean, the bed comfortable, plumbing worked just fine, and the A/C was cold. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would have no problem staying there again.

The first room I was put in had a strange smell, and one of the lightbulbs was failing and producing a strobe effect in the room which gave me a headache. The front desk was nice and moved me into another room since they did not have any replacement bulbs, which was much better. However, most of the towels stocked in my room had hairs on them, even after being restocked every day. The cleaning staff also kept taking the floor mat for the shower and forgetting to replace it. Although I was told the rooms had been renovated recently, the grout in the bathrooms still looked dirty, and the shower had trouble draining. All these issues were not huge deals but did add irritation throughout my stay. There is room for improvement in the cleaning department. However, it is in a convenient location and budget-friendly.

Aging property that is not being maintained. Staff was not helpful or friendly. Room had tv with obviously broken screen and a non functioning refrigerator. I left 1 day early of a 5 night planned stay. The room was quiet but the hotel was mainly empty. The pool and other facilities have be under “repair” for months.

Knowledgable and friendly staff, they were verfy helpful and I appreciate the accomaditions to help me. Breakfast was good and i enjoy the selection. Nothing fancy, but i helps when there is eggs and some meat item. Plus i really love that they had hot sauce to put over my eggs.

Breakfast was excellent! Staff were friendly and efficient. The building and our room are showing wear and tear. The hotel was full the previous day, so no early check-in allowed. Our bathroom floor was dirty upon arrival. The bathroom walls could use paint and caulking. The TV worked, but the screen was small and default volume was very loud. The AC barely cooled day or night, so we had to open the window the second day when it was cooler outside than inside. The indoor swimming pool was closed for repairs. It is in a convenient location but the rush hour traffic is bad. We enjoyed driving through a neighborhood with streets named Rosemary Dr

We liked staff hospitality and friendliness, however we consider that the rate we prepaid for our 3-night stay was not appropriate considering we could not use the facilities i.e. pool and fitness room not available for maintenance, which were definitely a decisive factor in our choice for the Sure Stay by Best Western. Please consider for this purpose, granting us a credit/refund on our overall prepaid accommodation, thank you.

We felt unsafe at this hotel. Walls were super thin, we could hear everything. Baby screaming as if in pain, we called police because it went on for a while and did not sound like a normal child throwing a tantrum. The entire building was VERY outdated including the elevator. Carpet was dirty. When we arrived, all of our pulillows were on the desk for some reason. House keeping opened our door at 9am WITHOUT knocking! That scared us as well. Breakfast tasted weird, we had to leave and eat somewhere else. Butter packets were all melted, strawberry jam was extremely watery as if it was left outside or by a hot stove. Sausage was sour. Coffee tasted strange.

Sad stay!
It upsets me that the hotel industry gets away with price gouging the room we got was normally $85 this week end the Jack the price to $200. When I arrived they asked me if I had a preference on room I said no and got my keys and went to the room. As soon as I went into room I noticed how hot the room was, also the TV did not work. I went to the front desk to ask for another working room and was told 10 minutes after they asked if I had a preference on the room that there were no rooms. They told me they would put in a ticket but never heard from them again. Would not recommend!

This property is under new ownership and supposedly going through renovations. While we didn't see any work being done a lot of things were "closed for renovations"- pool, gym. The bathroom vent fans were missing, when asked why, we got the renovations excuse. On the plus side, the breakfast was better than expected.

Very nice rooms. They have been updated. My only complaints are that our hot water at the sink didn't work and the vent fan in the bathroom did not work. Other than that it was a great stay.

Service is great but I was expecting more from what the reviews said. Breakfast food is great and had more than I thought. Just needs some updated carpet maybe and new coat of paint. Overall good with comfy beds.

Pool was closed, TV didnt work. Hdmi cable in back was disconnected. Charged a fee for early checkin ontop of 350.00 they charged me for a 2 star hotel because of a football game going on. Rate went up almost 4x the normal price!

Good Place to Stay
Stayed here for 2 nights so we could attend a football game. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again.
