I am pleased to see you have recognized many aspects of our hotel, and especially that you emphasized your high satisfaction regarding our outstanding location, elegant structure and delicious breakfast supply. On the other hand, I am sorry to see your room could not meet your expectations on this occasion. I would like to let you know that our rooms represents one size and the lovely Superior rooms are looking to the stunning Danube. On the same note, the social areas has already been refurbished and we do hope that the rooms will also be renovated soon. Besides, please consider that some of our rooms have double beds and some have single beds, and at the time of the order confirmation and on the order surfaces, we always indicate if we can meet this demand up availability. At times there is a great need for rooms with double beds, I deeply regret that we were unable to provide it and that you did not receive assistance in making the beds. Of course, your comments will be forwarded to the Housekeeping Management. Moreover, at the reception all of our colleagues speak English very well, and maybe the londiner was the one who picked up the phone. I honestly trust you managed to discuss this issue with another colleague later.
