In Budapest in most of the elevators are same old cable list construction. But that is not mean that would not be safe. They are controlled many times. In the 5 th floor building the locals using all of the day with out problem. In case one of two would be out if service the other one is surely working. I never heard about any old elevator accident in Budapest. But heard about ski-lift problem many times...

We are really sorry the misunderstand about the price. On the booking websites on the description of the apartment there is written that there is an extra 30€ cleaning fee per stay and the air conditioned room 5€ extra/day. This information also was written on the booking confirmation what the guest got from the website after the booking. Because sometimes the peoples do not read the descriptions on the confirmation we ask attentions of our guest ones again before the day of arrival.

The guests can pay in more currencies. USD, EUR, GBP, CHF,SEK, etc Paypal payment is accepted as well.

The bedsizes are standerd with good value matraces from IKEA store. Width:160 cm Long: 200 cm I am sorry for the complean about the long but have to tell there is not longer matrac on shops. Maybe the width could be problem for the guests but it is a standerd and generally it is enough for two persons. In case need more place to sleep please ask out other bed in the living room. It is a sofa bed but same confortable than in the bed room. Very confortable matrac as well. De bedsizes er standerd med god verdi matraces fra IKEA-varehus . Bredde : 160 cm lang: 200 cm Jeg er lei meg for det complean om den lenge , men må si det er ikke lenger matrac på butikker. Kanskje bredden kan være problem for gjester, men er en standerd og generelt det er nok for to personer. I tilfelle du trenger mer plass å sove spør ut annen seng i stuen . Det er en sovesofa, men samme komfortable enn i sengen rommet . Meget komfortable matrac også.

"The route from the building's main entrance to the apartment room (on the fifth floor) was a little scary" Would have been to know what was the scary exactly? More then 100 years old tipikal Budapest building with court yard -what is also tipikal in Budapest-. There was a small electric reconstruction in December at the main entrance door.... So would have been to know exactly what was them problem.
