Very friendly staff, excellent service. The name really speaks for itself. No outside noise and functioning AC which really helps get a good night’s rest.

The hotel was clean and the pool was warm and the hot tub hot. The staff was friendly and check out was super fast and easy. We didn’t have the opportunity to have the breakfast unfortunately. We found the beds comfy and the room bright and clean.

Friendly staff, nice clean room. The free breakfast left something to be desired but it usually does. The area outside of the hotel was littered with trash, old shopping carts, and various debris but didn’t feel unsafe.

I was first assigned the a very noisy room. When I pointed out the problem the next morning I was moved to a very quiet room. Much better. Be sure to avoid the lower floors near the elevator and the room in front above the front desk. The ventilator for the whole building needs repair or replacement it makes constant NOISE!

Stayed in this Sleep Inn while waiting for replacement for dead furnace. It was such a lovely surprise, a little gem in the suburbs of Buffalo. Includes a large (working) hot tub and pool, workout room, and hot breakfast. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Would definitely stay here again!

I love the staff completely they made it worth the stay and I'm so happy they work with me but it's a two-star hotel with $100 price tag every night I don't think that's fair. 63$ a night at least. I guarantee people would stay for a week and be completely happy so that means more money would come in but overall I had a beautiful stay.
