“L’hotel non aveva contezza della prenotazione da me effettuata con expedia all’inizio di maggio per agosto, cioè 3 mesi prima. Arrivata nella struttura dopo un lungo viaggio, alla reception sono cascati dalle nuvole! Nessuna prenotazione a suo nome signora!! Hanno detto che expedia non ha mai comunicato loro del mio arrivo! “I really enjoyed the hippos grazing at night. The staff also built us a bonfire the first night we were there and we were able to eat around it. The biggest problem was they said we were not expected ( even though my name was clearly on their guest list) and that they did not know we had a 6 year old with us. They were very confused at first and did not know how to handle the situation. One man was very unfriendly.”

“Everyone was on slow motion. Most of the food on the menu was unavailable and it took them forever to bring it. And the man and the bill was confusing. There is a nightclub close by and they played the musical musical all night very loud so you are a light sleeper. I would not recommend saying in this place.”

“The staff spoke very poor english and some not at all and so we had to rely on our driver to communicate. Although we had booked and paid for the room on Hotels.com well in advance, they did not have our reservation and knew nothing about use. They did not even know who hotels.com was. So at first they gave us 3 rooms instead of one and then wanted to charged us more. I had to call up the hotels.com reservation on my drivers phone as their internet did not work.
