“This is the third time we have stayed at Fogarty’s Compound! We always have a great time and quality time with our friends. This year we brought our daughter and her fiancé and they also had a great and relaxing time! This was the first time went there in the winter. What a weird winter it has been. “My family and I booked this cabin because the pictures made it look clean and comfortable. Well let me tell you the pictures do not lie! The communication from the rental company was very thorough and the owners that live on the property are absolutely wonderful. We rebooked this cabin again for the following year we loved it so much! I would absolutely recommend this cabin to others!”

“We had an amazing steelhead fishing trip and used the location as our basecamp. 15 min drive to the river allowing for a half a cup of coffee on the way. Great quiet place to rest, cook, do some quick laundry and shower before heading out the next day. Chad”

“We stayed here for 2 nights on a motorcycle trip. It was cozy, clean, and comfortable. The beds were great, the kitchen was stocked with essentials, and same with the bathrooms. We’d recommend this to anyone, especially those wanting lakeside fun. There’s a beautiful pontoon for rent, a great dock and the water was clear and calm. We will return when we can stay longer. The property manager was a great communicator.”

“The property fit our needs well. The beds we used were comfortable. Plenty of towels and supplies. There were a fair number of Asian beetles, flies and spiders-this is most likely due to being in the woods. There were a few light bulbs out(master bedroom bath and garage door opener light and garage. Nice to have access to a garage as our weather was rainy most days. About 40 minutes to Bayfield and about 20 minutes to Ashland. ”
