Did not receive my vip reward at checkin. The hotel also is one where i experienced racism, there was clearly a difference in the way the hotel staff treated colored people.

I was disappointed that the view to the beach an pool area was blocked by a 31/2 foot wall across the balcony. The website showed a full view from the balcony. I had to stand to see the view. Also,I had a terrible experience with the timeshare sales people, one of whom was a U.S. expat who became irate when I didn't purchase a time share. He said they had my and my travel companions names, adresses and passport numbers and should we return, we will never be allowed to purchase a time-share. He also repeated several times that we had been give $1,000,00 in incentives by the resort, to attend the presentation, which was not true!

The location is great. Everything else is below par. I spend $ 2800 for an upgrade to a two bedroom penthouse yet they didn’t offer me free breakfast. Besides the food was terrible, selection was also not great. I wouldn’t want to stay again and wouldn’t recommend :(

The property was spread out with many stairs. The TV did not work for 5 days. They changed taxes and multiple property fees on every item purchased. Property did not have a designated smoking area that was safe.

Though the hotel was very nicely kept, and our arrival was promising, the trip continued to decline as the service and response of the staff was disappointing. After our stay our impression is that the only staff that we found cared when they had something to sell us. Seeking a bandaid, reporting a cockroach in our room and on the grounds (see picture), requesting privacy and then our baby being woken up by the person we just had spoken to, etc., none of these seemed like issues the staff cared about. They either couldn’t be found, gave us the runaround, or seemed annoyed. It seems you matter if you are an owner. If you are just a paying guest, stay somewhere else. And lastly, the food selection is very limited. Some places were closed after we were told they were open and the prices are ridiculous for what you get. We enjoyed the view and the pools were very nice. Though at times not heated.

The property is conveniently located in town near the Harbor and is walkable to town. Security is excellent. The location on the beach is really great and beautiful. Note, The atmosphere on the property is too quiet/sleepy for teens/young adults. The food is fine but the restaurants should be upgraded.

This is a very beautiful property. Overall a great place. The restaurants could be better- food was not very good at the Asian restaurant and at the Sports Bar. There were also many many little roaches in the room kitchen.

Beautiful property in a great location. We felt really safe on property and on the short walk to the marina. The food was great and the views are spectacular! We loved the pools and options for eating and drinking as well!
