My only encounter with Dawn was over a drink bottle that she claimed my staff had broken while her luggage was in storage. It was later revealed through our survelliance that the water bottle was broken by the guest. A replacement waterbottle was offered to Dawn which was refused. However, she was compensated with 4 complimentary drinks at our bar which she seemed happy with at the time. I thought the matter had been finalised. The conversation with Dawn was difficult due to Dawns determination for compensation.
