Not sure from where you fetched the information of daily service and people who stayed in the room gave 10/10 you can see the top review .I would suggest next time you book 5 star hotel where you get daily service.

Dear Hikaru, you arrived the first of May and on that day reception closes at 2 PM due to Public Holiday, during the week we close at 5 PM. By the way you received the instructions about how to get the key by e-mail and we have a 24 hours assistance that you could call if you needed any help with checking-in or regarding any issues.I'm sure that if you asked Reception to book a taxi they have done it, we did not receive any complaint when this occurred to you, we could have helped you.Kind Regards Reception

Hi Diana,Let me clarify that check out time is 10:00AM not 11:00AMand another thing is your friend Mcleanna who stayed in the same room the day before you checked in has not returned the keys during check out and said the keys are with you as a manager there is nothing wrong to check the keys as it is a security if we loose the keys anyone can sneak in to the room that the reason I have to call just to make sure the keys are safe.Hope you guys enjoyed your stay .Regards
