(DO READ COMPLETE REVIEW) Very much below average hotel. They ruin my vacation in goa. They seem to be more interested in foreign tourist then local. 1) They said they didn’t receive any reservation from Expedia on my name (for which I had to fight for almost 2.5 hrs with hotel front desk and expedia customer care to get the room).
2) As per expedia the hotel has changed the email address because of which they didn’t receive the mail. And hotel representative say, they haven’t changed it and its mistake from Expedia side. 3) The room provided where below average. We stayed for 2 nights there. a. When we checked into the room, we found big ants all over the bed. When we call the check-in desk for cleaning, no one turned up. We waited for almost half an hour but when no one came for cleaning, we ourselves dusted the bed sheets and re-arranged the bed. They didn’t even have intercom facility in the room. b. Worst day – Early morning (at 05:30am) on the day of check-out we woke-up because of burning wires smell. We saw the ceiling fan had a short circuit and flames were coming out of it. I had to rush to the main switch to cut off the complete connection by pulling the key out of key holder. Even the fan regulator had partially melted down. When reported to front desk, they gave a blank look and didn’t even care to visit the room & went back to sleep again. c. In name of complimentary breakfast they provide just Tea/Coffee and Bread-Butter/Jam. Rest everything is paid.
