The hotel is beautiful with nice, clean rooms. It is a loud hotel though in the sense that you can hear everything. It was difficult to stay asleep.

Lovely staff and nice clean rooms but too much noise from construction(?) or something very early morning and late night that mostly kept us awake during our stay. Nor very soundproof either as we could hear screaming kids from the hallway but other than that, still enjoyed our stay. pool was nice too

Aside looking for parking each time we returned the stay was comfortable, the upgrades are nice - hotel was packed but we had a great sleep.

Staff very polite and friendly. The property is so beautiful inside, and the beds are very comfy. Only thing was when we went swimming there was no towels for almost an hour

Called the front desk and room service multiple times and nobody answered. Went down to the desk but they said they couldn't get us ketchup because they were short staffed.

We really appreciated how pet friendly and accommodating this hotel was! Every staff member was kind and helpful as well, which made the overall experience great. We had a wonderful stay and our puppy had a blast!

The pool was huge and warm and lovely.. Bed was heavenly. Staff were flexible with me when I checked out late and very friendly in general. It was a good location for my needs. Would stay again.

The card reader didnt work and there for we couldnt check in wouldnt reccomend this place to anyone once their credit machines wouldnt work they demanded a 300$ cash deposit instead even though it was a fault on the companys end
