vacanza in famiglia
Appartamento molto bello e grande...perfetto per una famiglia. L'appartamento è situato in una posizione strategica, a 10 min.di macchina c'è l'autostrada comodissima per girare le varie zone d'interesse come Napoli, la costa Amalfitana Pompei, Paestum, la Reggia di Caserta e il Vesuvio...l'appartamento si trova in un paesino molto fornito con farmacia,generi alimentari bar,e poco distante una pizzeria... tutto perfetto...

Séjour agréable, dans une très vieille maison remise impeccablement à neuf au sein d'un petit village pittoresque de la campagne italienne. Le tout couronné par un accueil fort sympathique des propriétaires. De bonnes vacances !

Perfect Stay
Our stay at this beautiful house was everything we expected. Perfect for a family holiday. Private garden with a barbecue. The small village has a bar, well stocked local shops and a restaurant that has lovely Pizza. A very relaxing holiday. Mount Versuvius, Pompei, Paestum and sandy beaches all in 30-45 mins driving distance.

wonderful place to stay
beautiful old building in a little old mountain village. perfect spot for a family with up to three kids or a group of up to five friends. a car is necessary to visit the coastal region of amalfi or neapel, also you can hike around the village in the upcoming mountains.

Excellent séjour
Logement bien situé au coeur d'une belle région au riche patrimoine.Environnement naturel agréable dans un village ancien.Accueil très sympathique et contact facile avec Michael (parle français) qui a toujours été disponible pour nous. Après les visites et balades,il était très appréciable de retrouver la tranquillité de notre logement dans cette maison au charme ancien .Cela a contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. Loved It All
The apartment itself was very comfortable and well appointed. The grounds/ gardens were beautiful and a nice place to relax. We traveled in all directions and the location could not have been better, and the final joy was the town of Calvanico where we enjoyed sitting with the locals and being involved in Italian life.

A place to relax and so much to see.
A proper italian hill village to relax ,the locals are very nice and helpful with a bar just round the corner, shop,chemist, and cake shop , The villa was loverly, walled gardens and parking is with in the grounds. The owner is ready nice and couldn't be more helpful. 15 mini to the city ,the old part is lovely to see. So much to see the weeks just went .I would stay there again .

Ein super schöner Urlaub
Das Häuschen ist mit seinen 60 qm sehr klein für 5 Personen. Aber super gemütlich. Ich würde empfehlen mit maximal 3 Personen dort Urlaub zu machen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und bemüht und trotz der Sprachbarriere konnten wir uns gegenseitig verständlich machen. Der Gastgeber ist jederzeit erreichbar und hilft auch gern wenn etwas fehlt. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und lässt viel Raum für Erkundungstripps. Als wir im Ort selber unterwegs waren, habe ich meine Hunde im Haus gelassen, weil sehr viele Straßenhunde unterwegs waren und ich mir diesbezüglich unsicher war. Aber wenn man den Berg etwas höher fährt gibt es viele Möglichkeiten mit den Hunden spazieren zu gehen. Insgesamt war es ein super schöner Urlaub.

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Amalfiküste, Salerno, Pompeji, Vesuv und Neapel
Die Wohnung ist top gepflegt und super sauber. Signor Michele ein sehr liebenswerter, sympatscher und freundlicher Vermieter. Das Dorf Calvanico erschien uns sehr ursprünglich und einfach, mit zwei Tante-Emma Läden, Metzgerei und Bäckerei aber bestens ausgestattet für die Bedürfnisse des alltäglichen Lebens. Das Schlafzimmer befindet sich in einem ehemaligen Übergang zum benachbarten Haus, unter dem eine enge Kopfsteinpflasterstraße herführt. Man fühlt sich wie in einer Burg, allerdings sollte man nicht geräuschempfindlich sein, da hier ab uns zu - auch nachts - Autos durchfahren. Ansonsten ein idealer Ort für sternförmige Ausflüge zu den nahegelegenen Attraktionen zu einem sensationellen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir würden hier auch ein weiteres Mal buchen.

Sehr schöne alte Villa
Kleiner ruhiger Ort .it Amimentari, Metzger und einem guten günstigen Restaurant Il Rufugio. Leider ist der Gesamtzusrand des Ortes sehr marode, doch auch das hat seinen Charme.

Schönes Häuschen in wundervoller Landschaft
Wunderschönes Haus in einem kleinen hochgelegenen, sehr gemütlichen Dorf Italiens fernab von Touristen. Man sollte unbedingt ein Auto für den Aufenthalt haben, sonst sind die Entfernungen nicht zu bewältigen. Zwar ist das Meer etwas weiter entfernt, doch der Ausblick ist wunderbar und man kann von hier aus sehr gut Tagestrips in die Umgebung machen - Amalfi, Sorrento, Salerno, Capri als auch Pompeji und Neapel sind über die Mautstraßen schnell und günstig zu erreichen - sehr empfehlenswert!

Une séjour plus qu'agréable
Un appartement propre spacieux et lumineux. Une cuisine bien équipée avec tout les ustensiles, et la place nécessaire pour cuisiner agréablement. Une chambre à coucher très romantique, un style agréable. Beaucoup de plaisir dans cet agréable logement. Un salon spacieux avec un volume agréable. Une cours intérieure tout aussi agréable, et un place de parc privative très appréciable. Le tout dans une région qui offre passablement de choses à voir. Propriétaire sérieux et agréable. Très bien, je recommande totalement.

Die tolle Wohnung ist eingebettet in einen wunderschönen Gebäudekomplex mitten im alten Ortsteil von Calvarnico. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man benötigt. Michele De Falco ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, jederzeit erreichbar und er hat super Tips!

Urlaub im kleinen Paradies
Unser Aufenthalt war von vorne bis hinten ganz bellissimo, Michele ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, die ganze Familie ist sehr freundlich, die Ausstattung ist gut, die Küche sehr schön und wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt. We enjoyed our stay very much!
We spent a 14 day holiday in this charming townhouse surrounded by a beautiful garden. The place is ideal to explore the Amalfi Coast, Naples und the ancient places of Pompeji, Herculaneum and the beautifula Villas. Everything is reachable within one or two hours and we enjoyed the combination of cultural sites and beach life. The host Michele was always very kind and helpful. Absolute recommendation!

Parfait en famille
Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans le gite de Michele. Celui ci a été très accueillant, ses explications étaient très claires pour nous indiquer la route, il a toujours été disponible, et quand le voisin a fait trop de bruit, il est intervenu pour notre tranquillité! Le gite a du charme, avec un très joli jardin au calme, et est très bien situé pour découvrir les beautés de la Campanie (Naples, Pompei, Pastum, la côte amalfitaine…) Pour les points à améliorer, des moustiquaires aux fenêtres seraient un plus pour éviter un peu "le zanzare" présent hélas dans le sud de l'Italie, comme partout ailleurs! mais sinon tout était parfait!

mooi ingericht appartement in rustig bergstadje 50 km van Pompeii. Alles mooi gerenoveerd, goede woonkeuken en goed sanitair, beneden een heerlijke binnentuin met veel schaduw, maar ook zon indien gewenst.

Das echte Italien
Wir sind zu zweit nach Calvanico gefahren um in der Nähe von Neapel Urlaub zu machen ohne direkt in der Stadt zu wohnen. Genau das haben wir auch bekommen, denn neben wunderschönen kleinen Gassen und dem typisch italienischen Flair hat Calvanico vorallem eins - Ruhe. Aber auch nicht zu viel. Das Schlafzimmer befindet sich in einem Torbogen über der Straße - tolle Aussicht in beide Richtungen inklusive. Die Küche ist wunderschön, besonders mit dem (leider nicht funktionierenden) Steinofen. Dafür hat die Küchenzeile alles was man braucht, bis auf Salz und Pfeffer. Das Bad ist nicht allzu groß, aber mit ein bisschen Organisation kommt man damit klar. Das Wohnzimmer ist groß und mit hohen Decken und sehr gemütlich, wobei ich mich allzu sehr auf den Fernseher verlassen würde. Besonders der ruhige Innenhof hat sehr gepunktet bei uns. Von Calvanico fährt man etwa 1 Stunde nach Neapel und eine halbe Stunde nach Salerno, bis zum Vesuv und Pompeii waren wir 45 Minuten unterwegs, immer mit Mautstraßen (meist so 2-4€ pro Fahrt). Wir würden immer wieder kommen, der Vermieter ist super lieb, spricht gut Englisch und erklärt einem alles gut.

Maison spacieuse idéalement située pour visiter Naples, Paestum, la côte amalfitaine...
Malgré notre arrivée tardive nous avons été accueillis avec la plus grande des sympathie. La maison est grande, confortable et propre. Des petits guides et cartes de la région sont disponibles. La voiture est garée en sécurité à l'intérieur de la magnifique propriété. De petits commerces tout proche permettent de se ravitailler. Calavanico se situe au carrefour des routes pour la côte amalfitaine, Naples, Paestum, Salerne.... La gentillesse, la disponibilité et la communication avec notre hôte nous ont facilité notre séjour. Nous conseillons cette belle demeure pour vos vacances en Campanie.

Cozy apartment in the center of a small village
The welcome by the owner was very friendly. Everything worked very well and reliably. We also liked that we could leave our car on a parking lot at the owner's apartment in Salerno when we went to Napoli by train.

Hervorragende Wohnung, gute Augangsbasis für Ausflüge in die Umgebung
Wir haben zu fünft zwei sehr schöne Wochen in einer der beiden Wohnungen unseres Gastgebers Michele verbracht, der äußerst angenehm und hilfsbereit war. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gepflegt sowie modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Vor dem Garten, der zu unserer Wohnung gehörte, war ein weiterer Garten mit einer Schaukel für die Kinder sowie dem Gemüsegarten unseres Gastgebers, aus dem wir köstliche Tomaten und Basilikum ernten durften. Calvanico ist ein hübsches Dorf, vom großen Tourimusstrom noch unberührt und eine gute Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Perfect stay in this amazing and historical house with a great garden.
We enjoyed every minute in this beautiful, historical and newly renovated house. The house is in a small cozy village where you can experience the true Italian atmosphere. The village is nicely remote, but only 15 min drive from Salerno, an historical city and where the famous Amalfi coast starts. We loved it there - so beautiful coastline. Other great places are easy to reach, so visit Pompei, Napoli, Ercolano, Sorrento, Capri and Paestum when you stay in this house. The evenings in the garden was epic, putting a perfect end to a day full of experiences. The host was very friendly and helpful making it even more easy to reach awesome cities and places/areas around and get a feeling of the real Italy.
