Dear Brian and Carolina, In the meantime, thank you for choosing our hotel for your stay. We are truly sorry that you were dissatisfied with our service (specifically the parking).You wrote very well that we have free parking but with limited places. And precisely for this reason, on the Expedia portal, if you go out of curiosity to the Chalet page and look in the services section of the structure - parking and transfers - you will find:Free parking 100 meters from the property. It is not indicated that we have private parking for our guests.We have told you where you can leave your vehicle so it is not true that your car could be removed by the local police and this is confirmed by the signs that are right on the car park (nicely large) for all guests of Canazei, where it is written in both English and Italian that parking is free.And this was explained to you at check in, but this obviously doesn't interest anyone because in the end the customer is always right, right?Maybe for next time read the correct information first that the structures leave on their pages to avoid unpleasant situations.We wish you a Happy New Year and many beautiful things.
