You are accusing us for the theft of your belongings with no proof that you even had them on you at our hotel.Please rest assured that we took all the measures required to make sure no stone goes unturned.Collaborating was the only thing we have actually done: Starting by the property manager showing up to your room the night you decided that something is missing,Doing a full search of the whole property, going into the trash bins of the previous 2 days (housekeeping, restaurant, bar…), investigating internally with all the employees and rechecking the footage of all common space cameras to make sure no outsiders went into the rooms section.As you already know and experienced, we dispose a personal safe in all of our rooms for the guest to put their valuables inside (for your case maybe not for the bag but at least for the jewelries)Regarding the police complaint or intervention: We were the ones who gave you all the necessary information, as well as the address and contact details in order to access the police. In addition we have proposed to accompany you, but the proposal was denied from your part.The property manager and the staff were available to assist 24/7 and have been replying directly by email and whatsapp to all of your needs.Just for your information, this is the first time a guest accuses us of such a thing and it has never happened since the hotel opening.I wish you good luck in finding your lost belongings and we remain available for any further information or assistance.
