“etablissement neuf, les chambres sont spacieuses et ultra bien equipees, tout est propre et tres confortable, acces tres facile, parking sous l'hotel, (payant mais l'hotel offre une reduction), pour diner il y a le Marriott juste en face qui est tres bien. nous choisirons cet hotel pour tous nos futurs sejours a Geneve !”

“The place is beautiful. The apartment was really confortable. We were party of 4, and really enjoyed the space of the room. My only comment would be to have a small store for things like salt o oil, to be able to cook on the kitchenette. Other than that, the stay was awesome ”

“It was off-season so hardly anyone was there. My room was terrific with a mini-sauna on the deck. Staff was very friendly. Easy walk into town with the plenty of dining options (during the season that is). A very nice place and a great stay. ”

“Hotel located just outside the center of Annecy (in the station area) the room is equipped with kitchenette, refrigerator, hotplates and dishwasher. Convenient (unless you have a long car) underground parking for a fee). Courteous staff. The area is convenient but not quaint nor beautiful for an overnight stroll. All in all, it's okay, but lacks some of the magic that downtown Annecy can provide ”

“Nel complesso va bene , ma se controllate la pulizia, soprattutto sotto il mobile del bagno , troverete di tutto , bisogna pulire a fondo anche dove l'occhio non arriva!! Andare a vedere , io me ne sono reso conto , perché cadendo mi un oggetto,ho dovuto recuperarlo sotto il mobile , e li ho trovato un mondo parallelo di sporcizia!!!”

Toutefois, je me permets de vous proposer quelques suggestions : - Du vis à vis, il faudrait des rideaux ou des stores, - Manque de décoration au mur pour égayer un peu - Manque de vaisselle (bols à déjeuner, tasses à café) - Une chaise en plus serait la bienvenue et une petite table basse devant la télévision aussi - La télévision est fixée beaucoup trop bas”

“La struttura si presenta abbastanza bene, non comodissima la posizione rispetto al centro , ma lo sapevamo, il chek-in veniva dato dalle 15 in poi, purtroppo la camera prima delle 16,30 non era pronta. Abbiamo prenotato 2 notti, la camera non è stata rifatta dicendoci che viene rifatta solo per una prenotazione minimo di 4 notti...????? gli asciugamani non sono stati cambiati .... solo quando abbiamo protestato..... NON LO CONSIGLIO”

“Comodo perché vicino a Ginevra a prezzi abbordabili, ma purtroppo non molto pulito. Le ragnatele in corridoio e sul soffitto della stanza sono un brutto vedere. Il pavimento del bagno non è pulito come dovrebbe. Buon buffet per la colazione ”
