Il giardino dell'hotel confina con la spiaggia, nella stanza i bimbi avevano la loro camera, stanze molto pulite e profumate, personale gentilissimo... sicuramente tornerò

Hotel a ridosso della spiaggia.
Purtroppo non posso raccontare molto della mia esperienza in quanto abbiamo pernottato solo una notte, ma consiglierei questo albergo in fatto di cordialità e cortesia che con i tempi che corrono è prerogativa sempre più rara da trovarsi.

Sehr gut ist die direkte Strandanbindung, die privaten Liegen. Die Gratisfahrräder zum Ausborgen waren gut. Das Essen durchschnittlich. Das extrem kleine Zimmer und Reste im Clo störten mich.

Gepflegtes Hotel, nur 6 liegenreihen bis zum Strand. Hatten für 2 erw. 2 Kinder kostenlos 4 fixe Strandliegen und 2 schirme dabei (am öffentlichen Strand zählt man dafür mehr als 30 Euro pro Tag!) Pool einwandfrei. Wenn man keine Halbpension hat ist das Abendessen im hotel mM nach zu teuer (30 Euro pro Person/20 für Kinder unter 12 und das ohne Getränke) Gleich in 1 min ein Supermarkt für günstige Getränke/Knabbereien/Obst etc. Und die Pizzeria asto die take away anbietet (übrigens auch für abends unbedingt einen Besuch wert). Der Ort selbst ist eher klein und bietet zwar alles aber wir besuchten gern den nahen Stadtteil von caorle - mehr Lokal-/Geschäfteauswahl und besser zum flanieren. Liebe kleine Gassen. Unbedingt auch einen Besuch in Venedig einplanen - in einer Fahrstunde ist man gleich dort.

Vielen Dank fuer Ihre nette Wörte. Natürlich kostet es bei Supermarket weniger, als bei uns im Restaurant, wo man serviert ist, in einem klimatisierten Speiseraum. Der komplet Menu mit Salat und Gemüse Buffet, sowie auch Dessert und ausgemacheten Kuchen beim Buffet und immer mehreren Vorpesisen und Hauptspeisen bei Menu Wahl. Neben uns sind auch viele gute Restaurant, wie zum Beispiel Astro! Und Caorle, sowie auch Venedig gilt es wirklich einen Ausflug!

Sehr einfache, jedoch sauber gehaltene Zimmer. Die Liegen am Stand und auch im Pool sind hochwertig. Dass Frühstück ist jeden Tag gleich, was jedoch bei einem Aufenthalt von 7 Tagen kein Problem war. Für einen Strandurlaub bei welchem nicht viel Zeit im Zimmer verbracht werden soll, würde ich das hotel empfehlen!

It was a good choice for those two nights, it was a transit hotel for us after a longer holiday to break the long driving home. We wanted to stay for 3-4 hours after checking out of the hotel and asked if we could use the sunbeds in the period. We were told that yes, sure, 10 EUR/person is the fee. So finally we decided to leave at 10. I was surprised on the price of extending the stay by 3-4 hours, it was almost the price of the room. This was the only negative experience. The breakfast was very good, with wide range of food options. The hotel has bicycles, which were very useful as the hotel is not close to downtown. These bikes are not very well maintained, there were no even working lights on them, so don't expect that you'll make big bike tours with them, they were OK for the purpose.

Thanking you for your nice feedback. Abot the beach as told there is a fee to pay because of the insurance (a trouble or a problem can happen after 10 minutes or after 3 hours and you have to be insured. CAn you understand it? And of course the service of the private beach, sunbeds, use of the pools and if possible also parking place. Do you think is ok 10 Euro a person for a whole day beach, pools and parking? I know you write 3/4 hours but you can surely understand that we have not the possibility to check if you after 3 hours are gone. About the bikes there are all with lights. I think you haven't found it. We are happy to have you such as a special Guest in our hotel.

We chosen to stay here for it’s location and convenient access to the beach. What we didn’t expect and were surprised of how everything was spotlessly clean to include pool and the beach every day. Room was cleaned with fresh towels every morning with the smiles and food was amazing. On specific days there were treats but on the Ferragosto owners have really gone the extra mile! Children entertainment is organised every am and pm so we even had a little bit of time for quiet drinks on the beach to enjoy ourselves. We ended up staying longer than originally booked and I am sure we’ll be going back to Hotel Oliver again

Szuper szálloda
Közvetlen tengerparti, teljesen felújított szálloda. A szobák szépek és rendkívül tiszták. Minden nap takarítanak. A reggeli teljesen rendben volt. A saját partra a szálloda kis kertjén keresztül lehet lejutni egy perc alatt. Mindenkinek saját nyugágy jár - a recepción a szabad helyek függvényében lehet kiválasztani, melyiket szeretnénk. A kis kertben a gyerekeknek játszótér van és trambulin. Van még két medence - egy gyerek és egy nagyobb is. A szálloda személyzete nagyon kedves. Parkolás a szálloda saját parkolójában megoldható. Összességében szuper kis hely.

Caorle vær en kjempefin by. Hotellet er plassert litt på "feil side" av sentrum. Ca 40min å gå. Veldig trivelig og serviceinnstilt personell. AC på rommet bråket veldig noe som forstyrret nattesøvnen. Alt i alt et bra opphold.

Wir finden das Hotel echt super. Keine 20 reihen Sonnenschirme wie in an den anderen Stränden, ideal für Kinder. Auch der Pool ist super für die Kinder. Die Entfernung Strand zu Hotel ist unschlagbar. Leider ist die Altstadt (wenn man ungebunden sein will) nur mit dem Auto zu empfehlen, da über die Hafeneinfahrt nur zu fixen Zeiten eine Art Fähre gehen soll (lt. Auskunft). Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden!!

Tolles Hotel in Strandnähe, Strandabschnitt sehr ruhig und übersichtlich wg hoteleigenem Privatstrand (sehr gut), Zimmer einfach und könnten auch etwas sauberer sein,(vor allem Bad und Toilette) aber trotzdem ausreichend. Frühstück war ok, insgesamt aber sehr schön, wg tollen Restaurants und Einfkaufsmöglichkeiten in umittelbarer Nähe, Preis-Leistung absolut ok. Immer wieder gerne

Sehr erholsam mit einer schönen Landschaft. Leider war das Meer aufgrund der Lagune während der Flut etwas dreckig. Allerdings kan man jede Menge Muscheln sammeln.

Kurzurlaub mit Familie
Das Hotel ist familiär und liebevoll geführt. Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas klein, dafür aber sehr sauber und funktionell. Da wir nur Frühstückspension hatten kann ich nur darüber berichten: vielfältig und sehr gut. Es hat uns hier an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool sowie Strandbereich ist großzügig und sauber - man hat jeden Tag seinen reservierten Platz was ich gut gelöst finde! Ich kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen, auch die Umgebung ist nett und einladend! (Tip: hervorragend zum Fischessen!). Auf jeden Fall kommen wir gerne wieder!

Wir waren zu 2. für ein langes Wochenende im Hotel Oliver. Für jemand der in einer schönen region einen entspannten Urlaub will ist das Hotel Perfekt. Nettes Personal. Super Frühstück. Strand ist Top. Restaurants in der Nähe sind auch zum empfehlen. War ein Traumhafter und ruhiger Urlaub :-)

Vi bodde 3 nätter på detta hotell. Bra hotell för pengarna med bra läge precis vid havet med egen strand. Negativt för oss svenskar är att hotellet är väldigt tyskanpassat, det vill säga att allt står på tyska eller italienska. Kan man tyska är ju detta såklart inget problem! Bra frukost, AC på rummet dock väldigt högljudd. Hotellet erbjuder parkering som ingår i priset men denna var extremt full och trång, vi fick till ohc med parkera bilen på gatan en dag.I övrigt nöjda med vår vistelse.

Sehr familiär und persönlich – der Chef selbst ist fast immer irgendwo im Haus unterwegs, nette kleine Zimmer, Frühstück für ital. Verhältnisse ganz ok (hatten keine Halbpension), sehr praktisch: gratis Fahrradverleih – flache Gegend eignet sich perfekt für Radausflüge

Entspannung
Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb vom Trubel und Rummel und ist daher zum Entspannen optimal. Der Strand ist auch etwas weitläufiger als im Zentrum und man hat doch etwas mehr Bewegungsfreiheit.

nettes, freundliches Familien-Hotel am Strand
wir verbrachten 1 Woche im Hotel mit Halbpension. Das Essen war immer reichlich und sehr gut. Das Personal war freundlich und kompetent - die Lage direkt am Strand hat uns sehr gefallen, man hatte alle facilities - und während des ganzen Aufenthalts die gleichen numerierten Liegestühle ! Die Zimmer etwas klein, aber sauber und renoviert. Der Parkplatz im Schatten eine Wohltat ! Es war nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt, weil es ein nettes Familien-Hotel ist ! Und so ruhig !

Familienfreundliches Hotel direkt am Strand, Essen sehr gut, Zimmer schön aber etwas klein sowie klein aber feiner Kinderspielplatz.

Hotel in Porto Santa Margherita - NICHT Caorle
Dieses Hotel ist sauber und das Team sehr freundlich, jedoch liegt es nicht in Caorle sondern in Porto Santa Margherita, das durch einen Fluss von Caorle getrennt ist, man muss mit einer kleinen Fähre fahren, wenn man der Strandpromenade entlang bis nach Caorle gehen möchte. Dieser Weg dauert 1 Stunde und ist nicht zu empfehlen. Jedoch gibt es einen Bus vom Hotel, der um 8 zum Zentrum fährt und um 11 retour.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. Their included buffet breakfast is very good with a wide assortment of food to choose from. We liked the close proximity to the sea as well as the city centre for browsing the shops and markets. I would definately recommend this hotel.

Supernett mit ruhiger Strandlage, Pool und Wiese
Sehr nettes Personal, renoviertes Haus, super Lage mit Garten und Pool am Stand, etwas ruhigeres Ortchen mit kleiner Einkaufsstraße und Bootshaven an der Mündung der Livenza, mit Hotelfahrrad kann man die Gegend erkunden. In 10 min ist man mit dem Auto in Caorle. Wir haben unseren 2Mütter-2Töchter-Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.
