“The Breakwater was $100 for the night and reviews said it was conveniently located next to the beach so we gave it a try. The stay surprised me and exceeded expectations. It seems like a locally ran and well managed property with new furniture and decor. The beach was literally across the street and gave us a beautiful view at sunset. It was easy to use, and made excellent use of all the space, making a smallish room feel larger, and quite comfortable. “This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer. The only thing I didn't like was that the path down to the beach is alongside of this cottage and when coming off the beach, everyone is passing the back deck. Otherwise,...
