Questo cottage con vista sull'oceano è luminoso e arioso con un'atmosfera rustica sul mare. Odora l'oceano, senti la brezza e ascolta le onde che si infrangono. Situato a 1 minuto a piedi dal Cliff House Spa and Resort ea 2 minuti di auto dal Cape Neddick Golf Club!

La magnifica vista sull'oceano dell'Atlantico audace ti offre pace e serenità da questo ambiente tranquillo che offre una casa principale con 2 camere da letto (1 letto king size, 1 letto matrimoniale) e 1 bagno e una guest house (The Lodge) con una cucina efficiente, 1 camera da letto ( 1 letto matrimoniale) e 1 bagno. Ogni unità ha un divano letto matrimoniale con materassi in memory foam molto comodi! Lenzuola, asciugamani, 6 sedie da spiaggia e teli mare inclusi !! Le unità separate sono attaccate con un mazzo espansivo.

Privato, ma vicino a tutto; 2 miglia a Perkins Cove, Ogunquit, e in 10 minuti di auto da York Wild Kingdom, York / Ogunquit Beaches e The Kittery Shopping Outlets.

FACILE ACCESSO ALLE SPIAGGE: cammina fino al parcheggio di Cliff House (meno di 2 minuti a piedi dalla casa) per prendere il carrello per Perkins Cove, Ogunquit o Short Sands Beach, York - ogni ora, $ 1 / persona a tratta o $ 3 / pass giornaliero per la persona, 9:05-10: 15 PM. Se prendi il carrello per Perkins Cove, sali su un'altra linea di tram per raggiungere Ogunquit Beach.

Beautiful views
Our family enjoyed our stay in Cape Neddick. The view was beautiful. The decor tasteful and although the kitchen was small it had everything we needed. The location is close to many of our favorite places to visit. We went to Ogunquit, Wells, Kittery and enjoyed many wonderful family moments. We played some board games at night and really enjoyed spending time with our daughters before they went back to college. The only reason I rated it the way I did for cleanliness was that although the house had been cleaned and there wasn’t any dust there was dog hair everywhere. It was an issue because my daughter is severely allergic. It was everywhere, even on the kitchen counter, in the sinks and on the beds and couches. I had to vacuum and wipe down surfaces when we arrived. When I mentioned it to Kathryn she was very apologetic and explained that the cleaning people must have been in a hurry. I think she will address it with them for future guests. She was a wonderful host and the house is beautiful.

Fantastic Spot, Great House!
This was our first time staying at this house. Our main requirements included bringing our dog, and seeing water. Also, room for 3 couples (us and our 2 kids and partners). We also want outdoor space. This house had everything on our list. There are lovely views from the upper deck, where we had coffee and hung out to read. The lower deck has a large table, couch, and there is an outdoor shower and the sauna. These were all put to good use by the family in the week we spent there. Everyone enjoyed the sauna and shower (although you had to wear your bathing suit unless you wanted to give the neighbors a show). The inside of the house had a great big living room where we hung out. The yard is unique but provides distance from the neighbors. The kitchen is small, but it was enough for our stay to use for breakfast and lunch. My son and his girlfriend stayed in the studio. There was plenty of parking. We felt at home in this house. Very cute decor, open atmosphere, and very close to the ocean. We did have to plan beach visits as it was peak summer, not easy to park and pricey if bringing more than one car, but this has nothing to do with the house - just some advice. The location was great as we went to Ogunquit Beach, and did a few runs to Perkins Cove for dinner, lunch, and shopping. We also went to York Beach a couple of times, which was very close. I would not hesitate to recommend this rental to any friends. It's as cute as it looks, and the location is great.

Excellent stay at Cape Neddick
We had a wedding at Cliff House and we couldn't have asked for a better stay at the property. The owners are super responsive and the house is in great condition. It's a beautiful property and comfortably fit our entire group. It's also just steps away from the Cliff House hotel. Highly recommend to anyone attending an event at the hotel or looking for a property in the area!

Great location and outdoor seating options. Very helpful owner. Upstairs sleeping loft did require keeping quiet in living room early in am but there were other options with the second living room in the Annex and the outdoor spaces.

Great Beautiful & Perfect Location!
We enjoyed our stay at this house in Cape Neddick/Ogunquit. It was an old house with a beachy, cottage feel to the home and decor, yet very clean & had everything we needed. The whole booking and check in process was easy. Kate was always a text away if needed and she made sure she checked in with us mid stay if we had any concerns or questions.The house has a beachy, cottage feel and the smells brought me back to my childhood days staying at the shore. The best part for me was how close it is to the Cliff house resort. We spent most of our time enjoying the restaurants and views at the resort as well. A must visit to Nubbs for their lobster rolls. Best I ended up having while there & trying other restaurants in Ogunquit downtown too. The views are breathtaking and we enjoyed sitting on the back deck every evening. A nice quiet retreat to come back to after a busy day sight seeing etc. The kitchen is small yet was perfect for husband and I since we ate out every day yet used the SMEG coffee maker every morning which was perfect. :) I would highly recommend and stay here when visiting Cape Neddick/Ogunquit area. Thanks for having us!

Great Maine Getaway
Went to Maine for a wedding at the hotel nearby with my family. This was a lovely old but immaculate cottage nestled in the hillside with wonderful views and proximity to the resort. Host was wonderful.

INNACURATE LISTING in Winter Months
We booked Kate's property to attend a wedding at the Cliff House. The location is perfect, and the THREE bedroom/TWO bathroom setup was perfect for our party. When we arrived at the house, the host was still there cleaning, no big deal. Upon the arrival of the rest of our party, we found one bedroom and bathroom very cold. I messaged the host to ask how to turn on the heat only to be told that bedroom and bathroom are SEASONAL and not operational in the winter. This sent us scrambling to find a place for the rest of our party to stay, making us late for the rehearsal dinner. I called and texted the host multiple times and received zero response. After check in, we never heard from her again. POOR SERVICE.
