We are saddened however by the inconvenience of the fan and we would like to assure you that this issue has been relayed on to our maintenance team for a quick resolve.We are sorry to hear that you felt the neighbor hood was dodgy ,you might have noticed as we are located in the vibrant central part of the city,it has a large number of law enforcement officers present on the streets (CCID) for safety , who can be approached for assistance if need be. Yes, Long Street can be quite noisy with all the nightlife, but we are happy to hear that your sleep quality was unaffected. The double glazed doors and windows are quite effective.
