“The room was lovely & large also very clean. Tea & coffee were provided in the room. I chose Bonkle house because it was different to what i usually book & we enjoyed our stay. The only staff we saw was on check-in to give us the key, who was pleasant but i cant comment beyond that. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay & highly recommend ”

“The breakfast area didn’t seem to flow well. Eg the milk was a distance away from where you made your tea. The juice was poor, it was like coloured water. The bacon was delicious and the eggs were good. I didn’t try the sausages. The toast seemed to toast on one side only and I had to “guess” what way to put it back in to toast the other side. Wouldn’t put us off coming again, just an observation. ”

The hotel and staff are absolutely brilliant and extremely knowledgeable and hospitable. The food is exquisite and it’s possibly one of the finest cheese boards we have ever had. "Hotel in ottima posizione, a poca distanza dal centro e vicino alle fermate dei bus e della metro. Il personale cortese e disponibile, la camera dotata di tutto il necessario, unica nota negativa la pulizia viene fatta ogni 3 giorni così come il cambio della biancheria. La colazione nemmeno sufficiente."
