My husband and I stayed 6 nights . horrible experience. room was very small , no windows, bathroom had mulled.bathroom vent air circulation did not work. since no windows because of the bathroom the room smelled. when we took shower, all water went through under shower door. poor housekeeping, folded the dirty towels back, we complained serval times and talked with the front desk manager Taitana and explained that we are not happy with the room, we were ignored. even after complaining about the towels, the next day they left a old towel with holes plus the 2 glasses were left dirty. we would leave the hotel on the day one unfortunately all other hotels around were booked. The only reason we booked this hotel because of our best experience in NH hotel (same company ) in Bogota last year plus the hotel location. however , on the 5th day of our stay there was leak from sink celling and ruined most of my makeup plus water inside our shoes. they changed our room on the 5th day but my vacation was already ruined staying in the filthy room . if it was only leaking , we would not have problem , things happens but too many issues and they management did not do anything . I must say that some of the front desk staff like Benjamin,Heiner were nice and helpful, restaurant staff were very nice and good customer services but we are very disappointed with the management of the hotel and with their poor customer service skill. They should not even offer that kind of room to any guest .
