This hotel has seen it's better days.The elevator did not work, breakfast did not happen. Only one towel in the room. The staff was pleasant, the best thing of the stay. I would not stay there again

Who has cable tv anymore? It went out more than once of my multiple day stay. Carpets need replacing and repainting is needed especially down the hallways. Hot breakfast is great with an assortment of breads and juices. Area is excellent around the property, plenty of area to take your dogs out, they are dog friendly. I have stayed at this property many times in the past years when it was Preacious Moments, first time as Quality Inn. They have some work to do but still a nice stay. Price could have been better but that is all. Enjoy the heated indoor pool while you are there.

This place could have been a little better. The door lock on my room barely worked at all, and the front desk staff didn't bother to move me to a new room with a functional lock. The room was clean however.

Upside: Our daughter had a softball tournament in Carthage and the hotel was 3-4 minutes from the fields. It was also close to several restaurants and stores. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Hotel was kept very clean. Downside: The door to our first room would not catch and lock so we asked to change rooms. We were then in a room that smelled like smoke. In this room, the light over the bathroom sink did not work. The key card readers are very old and some times we had to try our cards over 6-7 times before the key card reader flashed green. This is an older hotel and in need of some up keep, but over all it is a better stay than a worse stay. Would we stay there again?? Yes!

This was the best hotel that we stayed at for this trip. They had FANTASTIC handicap accessible accommodations. Especially the shower. Ideal set up for a person with knee problems. WE LOVED THIS PLACE.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. The carpet in the hallways and on the stairs looks stained and a little dated. While going upstairs there was a strong odor of Marijuana coming from one of the rooms. Thankfully it wasnt noticeable once inside our room. The pool is open until midnight. We had a late check in so the kids loved that they still got to enjoy it. Really loved the later checkout of 11. Gave us time to sleep in and tKe our time checking out.

It was clean for the most part, but it was clearly understaffed. There was a single young man that acted like he was high (making loops through the building while muttering under his breath any time I asked for things). The building and grounds were run down and gave the essence of being uncared for. The paint was peeling in the shower, and the texture on the ceiling was falling off.

Check was easy, but when you go into the hall way it smells of cigarette smoke. The room had a stale smell to it but it went away once we turned the air on. Breakfast options were limited and not very good.

With such high ratings i expected more.
Right off the start I wasn’t able to get into room because the door latch doesn’t work right. They did show me the trick of pulling up on latch to get cars to activate it. Than I went to turn on tv and that didn’t work cause it was missing the cable box. The room I got was next to the exit door which didn’t close slowly but slammed shut making huge noise in my room all night with people coming and going.

Decent room for a short stay.
It was fine. Room was clean, A/C, and shower worked well. Opportunities for improvement include reinstalling a smoke alarm in room (old one missing), updating bathroom sink, and updating TV in room. Also, it took almost 30 minutes to check-in and there was no line !

Cheap place to stay for a weekend trip.
The hotel itself was nice for the most part. The side entrance we used was open to the public which was a little unerving and walking down the hall there was a door handle that had been busted from what look like someone trying to break in. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable but the t.v. did not work. When we arrived for check in on Friday evening, we were greeted by a friendly staff member at the desk however Sat evening we had to get our room key fixed and there were multiple people hanging out around the front desk, some were staff members some were probably their friends?? They were vaping and made me feel a bit on the uncomfortable side. Overall our stay was okay, the room rate was good but it was kind of a "you get what you pay for" kind of stay.

Clean rooms
The room itself was clean but i had to unplug the refrigerator in the room. It was so loud could not relax. I had to hold the handle up on the door knob to get the key door to work. The worker came down to show me this. Then it still took multiple trys. No coffee except when breakfast was served. No OJ. Had to ask them to refill. Then it was an orange drink not OJ. Eggs were bland and tasted old. Watched the worker put cereal in the cereal containers that said Kelloggs cereal but the bags were not Kelloggs it said Hospitality on all of them. Staff were friendly and helpful. Carpet in the hallways were in desperate need of a vacuum.

I read reviews that mentioned the same problem I had... The TV in the room does not work and the front desk didn't seem too concerned about helping resolve the situation. The room was clean and quiet, but it would have been nice to be able to unwind and watch some TV

Everyone was really nice. It is an older hotel. Our TV didnt work and they werent able to help with that - someome did try.

The carpets were dirty and there was trash in the room. But the worst part was seeing where the doors to other rooms had broken locks and been busted in to.

When we arrived, the first room they gave us was not supposed to be used, per them. There were unmade beds, TV on, and an open soda can. I went back for another room and this time they gave us a room that was already rented and a dog started running toward us when we opened it. I went back to the desk and said, "This is your last chance". They finally got us a room that was not occupied. We went out to dinner and came back to go to bed. For a "Non-Smoking facility" there were an awful lot of marijuana smokers there and my wife could barely sleep with that smell coming into our room. The only positive things I can say is that the staff was friendly enough and we were able to checkout without a hassle. This was not the worst hotel experience we've ever had but it made the top 5.

Hotel was convenient for my stay and for the money was okay. Bathtub faucet dripped, drapes were worn and not all attached light bulbs missing from lamps.

Sofa bed had mice feces and other debris. We did get another room. We had to ask for towels, bedding. It was a very bad experience. The hotel also erroneously charged my credit card. Word to the wise, avoid this place.
