“I had a beautiful stay at the Palm Beach Bungalow Resort. I stayed in a beach front bungalow which was very clean and had a beautiful view. The staff were lovely, and all the meals were delicious. I went on the boat trip which cost 20 USD and included fruit and drinks. We went snorkelling, fishing and swam with glowing plankton. I definitely recommend doing this if you have time. “Beautiful hotel on a paradise white sand beach. Food in the restaurant was really tasty and reasonably priced. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They even arranged for my headphones to be delivered back to my hotel in Phnom Penh after I forgot them on a lounger! They also worked really hard to rake the beach every day and keep it clean. ”

“I got bitten by bad bugs. That's all! The service is generally very poor. The staff doesn't speak English. The amenities of the resort are not maintained properly (we had a rice plate in the pool bar, a bit of food falled on the bar and it stayed there for the whole length of our stay - 5 days). At the moment of the check out, the staff charged the bar expenses on our credit card twice and we are still fighting to get the money back. ”

“This was an incredible hotel and it was luxury staying in one of the luxury tents. The tents had everything you needed and the beds were incredibly comfortable.
