“This is a great spot and a well maintained property. The room is very simple and rustic, but entirely functional, very well kept, and cozy. The road to the house is a steep dirt hill that will put some scratches in your car's undercarriage, so get the rental coverage or be prepared. Also, the WIFI is very weak and cell signal only available in a few spots in the room, so don't expect this to be a connected stay. Note to owner: the wifi hot spot you have in place is not very functional.”

The property and apartment are so beautiful and it’s tucked away in a quiet little part of Tuscany that’s easily accessible by car. A slightly better equipped kitchen would have made property perfect, especially as we stayed in August and were not allowed to have a bbq due to fire risk. Ich schließe mich den Bewertungen an, die die Zufahrt als Herausforderung beschreiben (mit SUV ging es), belohnt wird man dann aber mit Alleinlage. Das Haus war von der Größe her grundsätzlich für 4 Personen ideal. It was a little difficult to find as it doesn't show up on GPS and the dirt road to the house can be a little bumpy, but once there, it was really nice and cozy and it grew on us each day. “The villa is lovely. The property is amazing. Check-in and out were easy and the owners are very kind. The only complaint we really had with our stay was that it is probably not the best place to stay during the summer months when it is 95+ outside. The villa has no air conditioning and even the fans they provided us did not prepare us for the heat inside even late at night.
