“For the cost of the hotel I expected better service. There was one waiter serving from the bar and we sat on the lawned terrace for 25 minutes and no one came to serve us so I had to ask reception to send someone. The spa is very old and desperately in need of a full refurbishment. “Due ore d’attesa per poter aver una stanza, con le ragazze della reception che non capivano dove trovare la prenotazione, nonostante avessimo mail e conferma sul telefono. Appartamento sporco, stanza inesistente, nessun lenzuola né asciugamano, se lo volevi dovevi acquistarlo nel supermercato lì vicino, al prezzo di 5 e 10£. Nessun Wi-Fi, rumori e urla fino alle 3 di notte, pessimo anche il checkout, non sapevano come stamparmi la ricevuta di pagamento. Assolutamente da evitare.”

“We stayed for one night while visiting Wales. The check in experience was fine and staff friendly. The room was OK - we could hear sounds from other rooms in the morning and the bathroom had mould spots near bath taps, but other than that it was clean and pretty comfortable.
