“We recently enjoyed a stay at Villa Castiglioni. The property more than exceeded our expectations! The location is wonderful, the property beautiful and the views amazing. Ekaterina was extremely helpful in helping us navigate our way to the location and also responsive whenever we had any issues during the stay. I would highly recommend this Villa if you are looking for a five star experience while in the Como area.”

“Upon arrival, we were greeted to dirty dishes, smelly refrigerator, someone’s laundry in the washer/dryer as well as a lack of cleaning of the property and a number of broken items. Contacted the management company who asked for us to send pictures which we did and they subsequently sent cleaners over who did the bare minimum as they only vacuumed the main floor, not the other floors. “Schönes, stilvolles Haus - aber leider nicht gut erhalten (bspw Toilettenspülung teils defekt, Klopapierhalter fiel ab). Service war, obwohl sehr bemüht und sehr nett, nicht gut - bspw war Frühstück, welches für 8h bestellt war, teils erst 30min später bereit - und wurde mit schlechten Ausreden begründet (bspw „Dienstags ist es schwer, Brot zu kriegen“).”

The pictures do not even come close to how beautiful this villa is from the bocce court to the wine cellar it is truly amazing. When we first arrived I emailed the person at the management company and copied the two gentleman that the info in the unit said I should contact a couple questions and was ghosted. “The villa was beautiful! Had two balconies to chose from which both overlooked the lake. The bathroom was modern and even had a sauna inside. Parking can be slightly difficult to find but we were lucky during our stay to find spaces not too far away from the villa”

“In mei hebben we een heerlijke week met het gezin van totaal 13 personen gehad in Villa Ortentia. We hadden een uitstekende ontvangst met Marella, Dennis en zijn vrouw. We zijn uitgebreid rondgeleid. Het huis was zeer schoon. Zes uitstekende kamers. Prachtig uitzicht over het meer. Veel ruimte rond het huis en van alle gemakken voorzien waardoor we veel sportief vermaak hadden. Het zwembad was nog koud maar kon worden verwarmd. We hebben er veel gebruik van gemaakt. “Capodanno con amici festeggiato in questa bella villa vicino malpensa. La casa merita “solo” un 4 stelle su 5 proprio per il “fresco/freddo” che era presente su un lato della casa (camere 1º piano lato sala cinema e sala biliardo + bagnetto di servizio). Consiglio di chiudere la porta che dà alla stanza “cinema” così da far entrare nelle stanze da letto meno aria fredda.
