Good Day,Whilst we thank you for the review and feedback, we would like to clarify a few of the issues mentioned above.1) As per the confirmation received, which was shown to you, you had booked a superior room. As this was not queried upon check in, confirms you had indeed booked the superior room and not the 2 Bedroom Chalet. This option was shown to us Via another OTA the next morning where you claimed you had booked through. This was in fact inaccurate. 2) Only 2 people came to check in, the receptionist was not aware there were 4 people. Had she been aware, she would have addressed it on check in.3) As soon as the restaurant manager became aware of the inconsistencies of how many people were meant to be in the room, she addressed it with you, this was around 19:004) When you showed us your booking page, we compared it to ours and showed you what we received from Expedia. We explained that we work on the confirmations received from our OTA's and what you had booked, had in fact been allocated to you.5) Through this whole situation, our staff remained calm and friendly, despite being sworn at and spoken down to. All of this was explained on check out, each time we presented our side, you refused to listen. Our staff tried as much as possible to accommodate you, with the restaurant manager even trying to organize a late breakfast due to the marathon you were running. This offer was not taken up.
