Bellissima, come sulle foto
Abbiamo passato delle vacanze stupende, la casa e bellissima e pulita, il giardino e la piscina anche, non manca assolutamente niente. Antonella e Guerrino sono simpaticissimi e veramente disponibili. La situazione e abbastanza centrale, vicino al mare e si può visitare diverse città della regione in poco tempo. Venezia in treno ad esempio è comodissimo. Se dovessimo rifare delle vacanze nella regione ritorneremo sicuramente.

Alles war perfekt
Ab der Reservierung haben wir unser sofort super aufgehoben gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war ab der ersten Minute sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung und das Gelände sind genau so wie in der Anzeige. Alles war wirklich sehr sauber und die Wohnung ist sehr luxuriös ausgestattet. Die Villa hat einen sehr hohen Sicherheitsstandard. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub bei sehr netten Gastgebern. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!

Eine der schönsten und saubersten Ferienwohnungen/ Unterkunft die wir bisher hatten. Sehr gut eingerichtet, es fehlte uns an nichts, rundum Service , bei allen Anliegen waren die Vermieter behilflich. Es gab eine herzliche Begrüßung und eine sehr gute Übergabe der Wohnung. Die Privatsphäre zu den anderen Wohnungen ist gewahrt. Jegliche Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Sehr zentral gelegen , daher perfekt für Ausflüge nach Venedig, Bologna oder Verona.. Herzlichen Dank an Guerrino & Antonella ‼️

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und der Vermieter war sehr nett (tolle Tipps für Ausflüge). Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber, alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und der Pool ist ein Highlight. Chioggia, Venedig, Padua, Po-Delta-alles tolle Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung.

Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, sehr sauber und sehr schön angelegt(Pool, private Sitzbereiche, Sonnenliegen und Lounges). Die Wohnung Daisy ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafräumen sind top. Es lagen sogar für die gesamte Familie Handtücher, Duschtücher und Badetücher für den Pool bereit. Der Empfang und die Verabschiedung durch Antonella und Guerrino waren sehr herzlich. Danke für den schönen Urlaub

First of all id like to thank the owner for a beautyful vaccation. The appartment was clean and tidy, the checkin progress worked without any problems and the owner told us about everything that was important. If you want to spend your time at a quiet and nice place this ist youre go to. You definitely need a car to reach the appartment and reach near locations you want to visit

Vermieter sind super nett, unkompliziert und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Alles war sehr,sehr sauber. Top ausgestattet. Pool hervorragend. Es gibt nur 4 Appartement und es ist am Pool genügend Platz für alle. Wir hatten den Pool für uns sogar alleine, da die andere Familie zum Strand gefahren ist. Alles in Allem sehr schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung. Haben direkt für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht. Sehr zu empfehlen

Wunderbare Apartment-Anlage
Rundum sehr hochwertig saniertes altes Landgut. Dazu blitzsauber. Die gesamte Anlage umfasst nur 4 sehr individuelle Apartments, dadurch hat man immer das Gefühl, dass man für sich ist. Die Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt mit einem tollen Pool als Highlight. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, zuvorkommend und kinderfreundlich. Ein Auto ist notwendig, um Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflugsziele zu erreichen. Chioggia, aber insbesondere Venedig und das Meer sind nahe gelegene Ausflugsziele. Volle Empfehlung.

Erholung pur in tollem Ambiente
Die Anlage mit insgesamt vier Ferienwohnungen hält, was die Bilder und die Beschreibung versprechen. Eine sehr gepflegte und stilvoll restaurierte Landhausvilla, wo sich die gesamte Familie entspannen kann. Zudem erfüllen die liebevollen Vermieter nahezu jeden Wunsch. Absolut empfehlenswert!

We had a fantastic time - very beautiful property with everything you would need. Quiet oasis away from the bustle of Venice with amenities close by. Guerrino and Nicole were lovely, very helpful. Fab seafood restaurant just up the road. Would stay again - but for longer next time

Toller Urlaub. Empfehlenswert!
Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Erwachsenen und drei Kindern im Appartment DAISY. Die Anlage, die Ferienwohnung und die Ausstattung sind sehr ansprechend, super gepflegt und sauber. Geschirr, Besteck usw. sind reichlich vorhanden. Alle Räume sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet, was uns bei über 30° sehr angenehm war. Guerrino als Verwalter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für die vielen Tipps zu Einkaufs-, Bademöglichkeiten und Ausflugszielen. Die Umgebung bietet alle Möglichkeiten, ein Auto ist jedoch sehr zu empfehlen. Dann sind Chioggia und der Strand nur 15 Minuten entfernt. Für uns war es das optimale Ferienziel. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Das Ambiente und die Ferienwohnung waren fantastisch. Die Liebe zum Detail fällt direkt auf. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und offen und beantworten geduldig alle Fragen. Uns hat der Pool, mit seinen abgeschirmten Plätzen ganz besonders gefallen. Wir kommen wieder!!

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans ce logement. Tout est parfait: le confort, la décoration, la propreté, la piscine, le calme. Et l'accueil: chaleureux, sympathique. .. La maison est proche de Chioggia, petite Venise, ville très jolie. Les accès à Venise sont variés et faciles. La mer n'est qu'à une dizaine de kilomètres. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Beautiful villa in great location
We loved our stay in the Roses House. The Villa is in near perfect condition and is the most well equipped villa we have stayed in. The apparment comes wih everything you need for cooking including a full stove and oven, dishwasher and all utensils. There is also a laundary. The apparment is beautifully decorated with antique pieces of furniture and is very well maintained. The a/c is the best we have tried outside of a 5 star hotel. The grounds are also very beautiful with an amazing swimmingpool. With only 4 appartments you feel like you allmost have the place for yourself. The location is also very nice in a quiet rural area but still close to shopping and also conviently located to go to Venice. The owner is very friendly and does all her can to make your stay perfect. We would deffinetly go back.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit tollen Gastgebern
Wir wurden wirklich perfekt betreut und die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sauberkeit, Zustand und Einrichtung der Wohnung, Garten und Pool sind perfekt ! Wir haben in Italien bisher in keiner besseren Ferienwohnung übernachtet !

Wonderful, clean and quiet villa to relax!
My husband and I had a wonderful experience here and would go back again in a heartbeat. The owner was a pleasure to communicate with and took the time to make sure we knew all about the property and our options for tourism nearby. The villa was squeaky clean and having the pool and private outdoor space was wonderful for our getaway and to relax! The owner has really thought of everything, from having bikes you can rent, to having all the cooking essentials in the apartments themselves. Absolutely wonderful!

perfect holidays
Wir waren für eine Urlaubswoche in der letzen Maiwoche im Apartment Daisy. Kurzum die Familie hat sich super wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung bietet alle was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Die Ausstattung ist ebenso für einen mehrwöchigen Urlaub geeinigt. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und liegt sehr ruhig. Trotzdem sind Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurants gut innerhalb 5-10 min. zu erreichen. Die Vermieter legen viel Wert auf die Pflege der Anlage und der Apartments, die in exzellentem Zustand sind. Wir haben von hier aus Ausflüge nach Padova, und Venedig (über Fusina)gemacht. Alles easy und total entspannt.

Haus ist sehr schön - Wohnungen sind top - Pool wäre auch bei Vollbelegung groß genug - Sicherheitsmaßnahmen top. Von allen Dingen mehr als genug da, zusätzlich noch Waschmaschinen und Trockner. Einkaufszentren in 7 km + Restaurant/Pizzerien etc. alles da. Fischmarkt in Chioggia ist toll, da bekommt man für ein Bruchteil alle Delikatessen des Meeres, Vermieter ist super, wer mit dem nicht klar kommt, hat wohl selbst ein Problem. Übergaben + Kaution alles top. Kann man getrost alles in bar machen.

Fantastic Location, relaxing and stunning.
We were greeted by the owners who were friendly, welcoming and spoke great English. On arrival you just knew you were going to have a fab time. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, modern and truly a home from home. We were in the Daisy apt and we had everything that was needed. The pool and surrounding garden is fantastic and the family truly enjoyed spending lazy days doing nothing other than relaxing. We will definitely return to this location and to be honest we could have happily spent another fortnight here. A hire car is essential, as the house is in the middle of farmland although you are only 10-15 mins drive from all the main locations i.e beaches, Chioggia and large supermarkets. A big thank you to the owners for an excellent holiday.

Der Vermieter stellte uns nach der Reservierung bereits umfangreiche informationen zur Verfügung. Der Komnakt war sehr freundlich und absolut professionell. Die Bilder haben nicht zuviel versprochen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und, da neu, auch in hervorragendem zustand. Schöne hohe Räume sorgen für ein angenehmes Wohnklima. Umfangreiche Ausstattung. Der Vermieter uns seine Gatting waren überaus herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Der sehr gepflegte Garten mit Grill und Pool läd zum verweilen ein. Die zentrale Lage erlaubt z.B. Ausflüge ans Meer, nach Chioggia, Vededig, Delta von Po, Etsch und Brenta, Padua, Ravenna usw. . Wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen.

A lovely villa with great facilities and well cared for.
We loved our stay in this tastefully decorated and well equipped villa. Clean and well cared for. The proprietor was very welcoming and helpful. Great pool and garden. Conveniently situated for visits to Venice (1 hour drive, 2 hours by boat). We hope to return.
