“in my opinion location is great.in the middle of city center with amazing night life.The staff are lovely and helpful. the only negative point is that chech in location differs from the property.”

“Terrible, dirty, uncleaned room, bathroom disgusting with a hole in the ceiling!!!, bed with hair from previous customers, does not have a net on the window, cannot open it, A/C works ar 10%, when turned off it leaked for 4 hours on the bed, hotel accepts cafe customers right under the bedrooms which talk amd laugh until 3 am every night. Will never book from this hotel or HOTELS.com will advise others not to. This was a no refund reservation for a reason. Open and deliberate fraud! ”
