Not well kept up. Needing lots of maintenance and cleaning. Rooms are not maintained. Never will stay there again nor recommend.

Area is sketchy. Rooms are dated and dirty. The safety latch on my door was broken. It was very noisy. It looks like they have a lot of people that just live there, so there was a lot of people loitering around the parking lot and smoking. Quite a few homeless people hanging near the property as well. Definitely did not feel safe. I would not stay there again and especially not for the price I paid.

Other guests staying at the hotel allowed their kids to run through the hotel rudely bothering other guests and touching the guests vehicles located in the parking lot.

Filthiest place I've ever stayed. Non-smoking, but smells like it's had 6 packs a day for a century. Smoke detector was ripped out of the ceiling, stains everywhere, paint chipped more than paint on the wall, carpet torn up and dirty, weird stains on bathroom outlets, lights, and door? Card reader rarely worked to allow entry into room. No fridge. This place is absolutely nothing like the photos shown. Can't believe wyndam has their name attatched to this pos

Room smelled of mold like maybe the ac was leaking onto the carpet... there was a stick in the window and only one lock worked on window... didn't feel safe at all.

They have a sign saying if u have a Charlotte id or live a certain distance that u can’t check in there but when I called and asked how much were there incidentals and they told me there is no incidentals they never said if ur a Charlotte resident that u can’t stay there. So after being told that the young boy said I could either have him cancel my reservation or I could give him an extra $20 and send to his cash app. I only did it because I have my daughters and needed somewhere for us to stay for the night and couldn’t keep looking and keeping them outside, it had already been a long day. So this boy is probably telling so many guests that he will bypass I guess this unfair rule they have at this particular microtel if u just give him an extra 20-25. This is so not right, but again I paid it cuz I needed a place for my 4&5 year daughters to stay for the night and couldn’t keep them out too late

We saw 2 bedbugs in our bed! Breakfast was poor, as there was no butter or jelly for the toast. The milk was also expired.

Checkin/front desk were friendly and polite. However, rooms needs renovation: bedroom had musty/not fresh odor, bathroom had obvious paint chipping and sink cold water faucet rotated without a stopping point without any cold water being produced. Hot water faucet also rotated freely without a clear stopping or turn-off point. Desk lighting flickered, but never “turned on.” The TV was so large and hung so low, it made entry into hanging closet space below hard to use. I will NOT return or recommend this property for future stays.

Crack heads in the parking lot . Smells of weed and mold . Carpets filthy throughout the hotel, dirty chairs and trash left in a clean room. Hair in toilet amd shower , beds stained and nice friendly roaches on the walls . DO NOT go - sleep in your car 1st !!!

Worst hotel ever!!!!
Please NEVER list this hotel on your website again. The accommodation was horrible. The carpet was sticky, and we are pretty sure there were ladies of the evening and there bosses with them and muscle at the door. The worst experience ever. One of our rooms was sold and we had to put my elderly father and Uncle in a single room...my Uncle slept on a window seat. Was an awful experience.

The carpets are a bit gross, the doors to the rooms look rough like they have water damage, and our sink would not drain. The curved shower rod was not installed correctly so it’s falling into a “U” shape…so the shower curtain just sits in the middle and doesn’t stop any water.

Hot water faucet in sink did not work, room smelled of pot smell and I am not a user, walls were very dirty, staff did not speak 2 words at check in nor at any interaction. Slept in room only and avoided being on-site.

Hotel looks fine from outside. Totally different inside. Very dirty and run down, no ac in hallways, needs a MAJOR renovation. Busted mirror in room, outlets missing covers, light fixtures looked all dirty. Needless to say we didn’t even end up staying the night the vibe felt so gross

Overall, for the price, it wasn't terrible. We just needed a one-night stay cheap for a concert we went to that night. The gentleman at the front desk was anything but happy to be there. He seemed absolutely miserable and hated his job. But whatever, no big deal. The whole hotel smelled strongly of weed. We don't care too much about that, but I'm sure some people wouldn't be too happy about it. The hotel room itself had the potenial to be cute but needed some major TLC. The air conditioner wasn't on when we first got into the room, after messing with the buttons we realized it wasn't plugged in. We had to get on our hands and knees and tempt to plug it back in. Literally took us having to bend the prongs to get it to plus into the wall. But we got it to work. The hair dryer mount fell off the wall when I went to use it, couldn't get it to hang back up, so I just left it there. It was just "fine" for a quick night's rest. But the hotel definitely could use some work.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet, clean, and the staff was very friendly! No problems whatsoever. Will definitely be staying there again!

Awful smell, bugs, this place is the very definition of a hotey. only the dusty-est of Wooks would enjoy staying here. The only good part is it was cheap. Spend the extra $20-40 and stay elsewhere. Feel for the staff. they were very nice and attentive but Wyndham needs to invest in their lower end properties.

Didn’t feel safe walking into the property most nights. Not in the greatest area. Had to move rooms after the first night due to ac not working. Also had to tell for the worker several times after my key wasn’t working (I could see the guys feet behind a partition and said “excuse me” several times before he ever came out, and when he did he seemed like he may have been high. Won’t be staying in the property again.

Not A Good Place
Check in was smooth although the front desk person was entertaining her “boyfriend”. First room we were given had a leak. The second we were changed to had roaches. We asked for another room but they didn’t have anymore doubles. We asked for a refund and she became a little irritated. Once the shift changed, the new guy explained that she worked a double (so that explained her irritation). However, he was able to cancel the room and approve the refund.

Not Happy
The cleanliness was very poor, their was a door between my room and the next door room taped shut,the hallways smelled of pot. There was suppose to be breakfast 7-10 am however it only consisted of cereal, the coffee was empty, and only other item was a juice machine which I was afraid to drink due to the cleanliness. The photographs on the website are deceiving.
