Mei, Being downtown, parking can be a little tough. We offer overnight parking with valet for 24 or there are a few meters on the roads. Hopefully our charm makes up for the lack of free parking.Cheers!

We apologize for the multiple inconveniences, some we can control and others we can not. All we can say is we do our best to make sure every guest issue is heard and addressed quickly and to the best of our ability. Our complimentary continental breakfast offers scones, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice and coffee. It is light but if you are wanting something a little more substantial, then yes, we are centrally located to lots of options! We do hope that you will give us and Chattanooga another chance to wow you!

Michell, I'm sorry, your experience sounds like it did not meet our standers or yours. I only show record of of you staying back in April, if this was a more recent stay, please let me know so I address the correct staff. I would like to note on a few things in your review for others. There are no excuses for dusty shelves or unstocked coffee stations. I will say there is a fridge located at the front desk that is manned 24hrs if you have anything you need stored or have any issues at all. The staff's lack of concern is something that I can and will address. We want every issue to be handled with care. As far as valet not be on duty, the 24 parking charge is for the space, valet is simply a bonus but there are limited hours.I hope you will visit us again and give us the opportunity to spoil you correctly!
