The property seemed a but old and worn out. Furniture was dirty with dirt marks on chair, sofa and cupboards. The superior room looked like a normal room with no good amenities. Also I didn't like the pool. Also the water was not complimentary and we were charged more than 3 times the actual price. The breakfast provided was good and the staffs were decent and helpful while checkin.

Booked for parents visa stamping.Not sure what happened may be due to lack of staff during peak time.room is uncleaned and waiting for an 1hr to get the keys in the lobby.

The property is in a good location with easy access to transportation and dining. Only drawback was the room, it’s not par with a 4 start hotel.

We were given rooms in the older part of the hotel. Maybe an annexe? Not so clean as the main hotel building. We had to ask for towels and soap. The cleaners were not up to the mark.

Tres bien mais attention au breafast included
Belle chambre supérieure, vaste et bien insonorisée. Lit extra. Petit différent sur le breafast included piur lequel il faut insister sinon ils le font payer. Il faut dire que hotels.com affiche petit déjeuner inclus puis une fois qu’on a réservé, le résumé de la réservation ne mentionne plus cette gratuité. Pas cool de la part de hotels. com qui met le client dans une situation ambiguë.

Worst stay ever.
Booked a Deluxe Room with an occupancy for 2 people. The room that we got had below amenities: 1) No Ventilation. 2) The room was stinky(The room was smelling like it was in close proximity with drainage) 3) Congested (The room was very small) 4) The window opened(open the curtain) into a huge wall which was 2 feet away. Which means forget the natural light you cant even see the sky from the room with an opened window.

Very good and it could have been great if they
Overall it was good stay and it could have been great if they could have guide/educate me about the usage of different technology that they are using in the hotel for communicating with various facilities in the hotel. During checkout also there was no person talking to me and simply I left the hotel without any smile from the hotel staff.At last I would appreciate Buffet breakfast that they are providing as a complimentary and it was really yummy.

Everything was good . Improvements could be made to the showers. When other guest in other rooms shower, the water flow will be minimal or at times won't work . The peak period will be from 7am to 9am.

Nice stay near by the US Visa Application Centers
Got for a day and night. Nice staff. Upgraded our stay from Deluxe Double to Superior Deluxe upon our arrival. Very convenient for US Visa application center visits, hardly 2.7 Kms from Main center and 1.6 approx from the OFC. Good restaurants near by.

Had stayed at this property, many a time when I was in my earlier organisation. It was a good property and tremendous VFM. Service was predictable and efficient. Checked in there on 7th July, after a while. I was given a "deluxe" room, on the ground floor, its like an annexe building. I usually prefer some view of the outside world, but these rooms are very close to a wall, so really depressing. My requests for a change, the same day and next were met with a bursque "we are full sir". Somehow felt the front office staff was really having off-days' when I was there, did not seem to want to help. I had seen many folks checking out, yes, they maybe full, but I am sure I could have been given a room in the main block. Room is neat and clean, no frills. But my tip is if you get in the main block, go for it, the deluxe room is not worth it. Sarvana Bhawan is close by, you can walk across from this property..

Ok place to Stay, Ok Breakfast.
The hotel is located on the busy TTK road (downtown Chennai). Overall value for money, however there various small small things that they need to improve upon. 1. There was no electrical kettle in the room, though the tea bags, sugar and cups were placed in the room. 2. The bed linen was not perfectly clean. 3. The shower kept running out of hot water. 4. No mini fridge in the room 5. No ironing board

Es wurden bis nach Mitternacht laute (hämmern & Bohren) Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt. Nach 2 Anrufen bei der Rezeption wurden die Arbeiten eingestellt. Außerdem war der Schließmechanismus der Zimmertür defekt.

This is such an underrated property. They have a buffet breakfast, free Wi-Fi, a great room with centrally controlled lighting switch and an awesome in-room dining menu with a great AC and room-service. I can go on and on about this hotel. It was a fabulous experience. I went for a short business trip and the location of the hotel is the best part of it all. Saravanna Bhavan, Gandhi Beach are very close..so is the US Visa consulate..Highly recommended!!

Good location, close proximity to shopping areas.
1. Fast room delivery service. Food was delivered within 15-20mins upon order. 2. Water piping works in my room on one of my stay-day. Reception has pre-alerted and notification was received before-hand.

Central location
The best things about the hotel are its central location, good breakfast selection, and reasonable price. However, the facility is dated, the TV was not working in my room, the service is ok, but not great.
