The staff were welcoming and pleasant and nothing was too much for them. We were treated on arrival to an upgraded room, staying in a junior suite which was perfect in all areas. “One night stay along with our 15yr old son. All 3 of us stayed in the same room which was very spacious, set out lovely and very clean.
