Albergo centralissimo, molto pulito ma un po caro
Siamo stati 3 giorni e l'accoglienza è stata ottima, così come lo è la colazione e le stanze: pulite, stile thai, bagno comodo spazioso. Purtroppo però, mancando l'ascensore dovevamo fare sempre i due piani di scale a piedi. La piscina carina, così come la spa e la palestra. Mancano money exchange e banco escursioni con guida in inglese, da organizzare privatamente. Ottima la zona, centralissima è vicino a tutti i luoghi d'interesse di chiang mai. Il prezzo un po' caro, vista l'essenzialità e non spettacolarità dell'albergo

Decent option in Chaing Mai. Reception was super helpful with restaurant reservations. Breakfast was average. Great service, but food quality was just passable. Had a problem at checkout that caused a delay. Pool was freezing!! Probably would look elsewhere in Chaingai next time.

Great location in old town Chaing Mai. Open, airy lobby. Great breakfast was included daily. Staff were very helpful and friendly my. Room was nice and comfortable. Some rooms have access to the pool from their balconies. Sunday market right in front of hotel was a lot of fun. If I were to go back I would stay there again.

Very nice hotel in the middle of the old city. Hundreds of restaurants nearby. Hotel has really nice staff, always super friendly and helpful. The only thing (for us not that important) is that the rooms are not very soundproof-you hear everything happening in the next room (shower etc). We enjoyed our stay a lot and will certainly return.

U Chiang Mai is a quaint little hotel in the heart of the old city. We really enjoyed staying here. It was super quiet, comfortable, clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The night market runs right by the hotel which was super convenient. Highly recommend staying here if your in Chiang Mai, you won’t regret it.

Room was nice. Bathrooms had no counters by sink to put toiletries or hair dryer/curling iron. Bathrooms had gray/purple paint and very little lighting making it hard to get ready. No mirrors in the room to use, just the one in the dark bathroom. Rooftop bar is only for young people to sit on the floor on cushions--no tables and chairs. Staff very friendly and attentive--especially in the restaurant. Nice that they offered bikes and a bike tour free of charge. Construction/drilling going on out in the street in front of the hotel the whole time we were there, very loud.

Chiang Mai recommendation
This is an excellent small hotel in the old town of Chiang Mai. The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Value for money was exceptional. The only issue is that the street in front of the hotel is undergoing significant construction so access by car is currently a bit of a challenge. Breakfast buffet was included and had a lot of options. We would stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at U Chiang Mai Hotel! The service was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a delightful experience with a delicious made-to-order buffet. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Chiang Mai.

An oasis in the middle of the old city. Easy to walk to the sights. Relax in the afternoon by the pool or on your balcony. Very friendly staff. Cheap and friendly restaurants opposite the hotel.

初めてのチェンマイで旧市街に泊まりたかったのでこちらのホテルを選びました。２日間の滞在でしたがスタッフの方は皆さん親切でとても優しく、とても気に入りました。また行く時はコチラのホテルを選ぼうと思います。

日本から深夜便に乗り、スワンナプーム空港で乗り継ぎ、ホテルに到着したのは午前10時ごろでした。 嬉しいことに、既に部屋が準備されておりスムーズなチェックインでした。 滞在中のコミュニケーションツールとして、ホテルのAPPをダウンロードしますが、これがまた使い勝手が良く、ホテルを離れた所からでも様々なオーダーが可能。 特にルーム清掃の希望時間は選択肢が広く、滞在予定に合わせてリクエストできたので助かりました。 また朝食もとても良かったです。 メイン料理をチョイスする形式ですが、卵料理はもちろん、ベジタブルやヌードル、御飯など様々なバリエーションがありました。 フロントスタッフは全員が親切でフレンドリーで誕生日旅行にチョイスして良かったです。 ※デラックスルームは、冷蔵庫のドリンクが1本無料という噂を聞きましたが特に案内がなかったので、そのサービスは終了したかも知れません。
