Whole hotel needs a remodel/Update. The property has the right potential though. They charge a $30 deposit fee to rent the rooms when the rooms are down right nasty, dusty, flithy carpet, filthy box spring covers, dirty couches, and no chairs for the desks. How was i supposed to get any work done. They used to provide breakfast back in the day....I guess not anymore huh?

The place needs to be condemned! It’s filthy, it stinks, it’s scary, seems haunted, people hang around it, smoking at doors, smoke filled, staff not watching surroundings , no security! Feels sooo unsafe. Floors, windows filthy, toilet is broken, bathroom tile filthy. Crumbs all in bed. No housekeepers, no ice available in ice room. It’s a deserted horrible place. People knocking on my room door at 2 am, randoms, anyone comes through, not a customer, transient people. Sheets not changed or clean. Rust and mildew everywhere, the room doors are crusted and stained, looks burned. Hotel rooms ajar all night with no quests present! Semi trucks parked on side and trailer type housing right next door, HORRIBLE ATMOSPHERE, tear this place down!!!!!!

The hotel was a said to be a "Smoke Free" hotel. It smelled of smoke all day and night. So there were people smoking in the building. Repairs were not fixed i hotel before my visit. Rooms dod not smell the best. Chair was dirty. Beds were cleaned. But I always bring my own bedding. So thats what I used. Beds were comfortable, but pillows were Not. I would not stay here again or recommend staying her. It not a the best , very low grade! Only thing I would sat is staff was nice.

La habitación estaba en pésimas condiciones, no servía la nevera, el baño estaba sucio y dañado , todo lo que había en la habitación se veía viejo y en malas condiciones, el ruido de las personas afuera como si estuvieran en la calle . Mala experiencia

It looked one way in the Expedia photos and another in real life. Very noisy mini fridge compressor. Fire alarm went off after 2:30 AM because some other room didn’t have the exhaust fan on and steam from the shower set it off. It was clean but worn. For another $30 or so I could have had Holiday Inn or Best Western.

It's affordable but the property was like an abandoned site Everything was old Sheets were burnt, bathroom was old and rusty No breakfast, just terrible but affordable I guess you get the value for your money

They didn’t have any towels in the room I called they told me they didn’t have none then told me I check out at 11 so they wouldn’t give me anything. Then after telling me I been there a few days when I had just checked in the night before they finally gave me some towels . They do not have breakfast so that was a lie the tv didn’t work or have any buttons. Just not a place I’ll recommend.

$99 for one night is wayyyy to high for a place like this. It was INCREDIBLY DINGY and OUTDATED. They didn’t provide the rooms with bedding for the pullout couch which was covered in dust, nor were there even towels to wash up. They need to tear this building down and start over. So many people walked out requesting refunds. Disgusting. Would not recommend

This property is in poor condition. They had no chairs in the room. I had to stand up to eat my dinner. My bath mat was dirty. I only stayed one night and moved to another hotel.

Every place is a learning experience
The area is a little shady in my opinion a lot of the perks like I think probably breakfast they didn't have that they never vending machine they had a ice maker but it was behind the checking counter so they give you like a cup of ice and that's it in the bag the room was clean but the next morning when I use the bathroom I sent a roach that sort of blew me but I didn't see no roaches after that the staff was okay

When we checked in the midnight staff member Nick was nice however our room had two roaches in it we had two towels one pillow for two queen beds and one blanket on top of a violence loud neighbor and when my husband and I we're finally trying to rest with no TV that worked the 40 lb picture fell on my face in my legs and on his head I scheduled a doctor's appointment today and I stayed up all night after scheduling a zoom appointment with my doctor through the laptop yesterday to make sure I didn't have a concussion since I didn't want to go in an ambulance at that moment I'm feeling awful and I wish we had TV that worked a room that was clean housekeeping that actually came to the door we are very saddened by this and I am hurting I am believing and I truly hope that this can be reconciled without legal action I've been a diamond member with Windham for 10 years and only one other time a ceiling caved in on my room and they were super generous and apologetic there is not one coffee pot in this room we are very disappointed and hope that this can be resolved in a professional manner without legal action please just a few minutes ago the room next to us they were screaming again three of my cell phones are cracked since the violent bang also caused our laptop and cell phones to fall off the desk 20 ft away from where the picture fell on our bodies! There is not one phone in the room and no one has come to check on us they may be really busy here but this is unacceptable

There was no garbage can or garbage bags in room no cups. Room needs painting and upgrades. The pro was sheets smelled good and i felt comfortable laying in bed. It was ok. I guess u get what u pay for

Horrific Place to Stay
Terrible. Roaches were crawling on be bed, wall, in the sink. Checked out early because of this. I will NEVER stay or recommend to place to anyone. Everything is outdated and dirty as well. I also contacted the Department of Health on them for this issue.

The pictures listed for this hotel show a nice clean place, but when you check in and go into your room you will find dirty towels, sheets and bathroom and roaches. Definitely will not book again.

The property says it offer complementary breakfast which is not true, as soon as I arrived at my room door a roach was crawling from underneath the door. Inside the room roaches crawling around and unfortunately I couldn’t go elsewhere cause rates were extremely to high due to holiday. Apparently this days inn have people that lives in this hotel which is why roaches were everywhere and the skirt on bottom box spring was so dirty and stained up. I tried to stay gone from there more than I stayed there. Never again

Not at all as advertised! Pictures are fake!
My reservation for Friday and Saturday night should have been somewhere else. The hotel requires a separate $30 deposit. It is a mandatory fee, and it takes 3-5 business days to release the funds! The pictures of the hotel rooms on the website are FAKE, and misrepresent the quality of the facility. I fell for it and booked a room with a spa tub, based on those pictures. The first room they put me in was an absolute travesty. They probably charge by the hour. When I went to the bathroom, I noticed the tub was a regular one, so I went to be reassigned. The clerk first said they didn't have any, or if they did, it would be more expensive. I showed him my reservation amenity details, including the spa tub. Then he was able to "find" a room at that rate. I asked when breakfast was served, and he pointed to a sign that said they are not serving breakfast. This is another amenity listed in my reservation that wasn't included. It wasn't a temporary outage. There isn't any room in the lobby to host breakfast. There wasn't even a vending machine. I ended up walking to the hotel next door to use their machine. The tub that the room had was a jacuzzi brand spa tub, but NONE of the buttons worked. It was just a larger tub. There wasn't a wall between the bathroom and bedroom. The tub was between the toilet and the bedroom, with curtains on either side, severely impairing privacy.

Me and my partner did not stay at this hotel. We walked in to a very small room and it wasn’t well kept at all. We ended up asking for our money back because we did not feel this hotel was clean and welcoming at all.

Likewise, our room wasn’t clean you can tell someone in my room before I got there because it wasn’t clean and stuff from the person before in the room and then on top of that just like I seen bugs blood by the curtains it was a spray can by the air condition like and I have I have a son that’s one years old and that is unsafe to have around when there’s a child coming in the room like your room are not clean they’re dirty And when you talk to the staff, they don’t seem to hear but I would like a refund because I will never ever in my life ever go back to this hotel ever again it was no phone in the room so I needed help where I needed to call downstairs. There was nothing there was no phone and then on top of that you guys do not serve breakfast so I don’t know why it said breakfast on there when you guys don’t serve no breakfast so that should be took it off your website because you guys definitely don’t serve no breakfast and you guys definitely Don’t supply extra towels and washcloths for your guest is when they when they’re staying more than one night only thing that was in the room was one towel and one wash what is that when I have two other kids with me in myself I need three and three and three and three for the next day not just one and then I got to figure out them up because of you guys don’t know how to supply stuff The worst place ever
