Except for instant oatmeal, there was no or little breakfast, when it stated it was included. Had to change rooms because first one was in bad shape. Personnel did whatever they could to satisfy is. But Manager never showed up.

My room was freezing cold because the AC/Heating did not work. They said they couldn’t move my room and maintenance wasn’t available until the next day. My 4 kids and I had to suffer through the night bundled up. Then we were awaken at 7am to the fire alarm going off and everyone had to exit the property until the fire department came . We had no update as to what happened and they didn’t tell us it was safe to come back in. We were all still outside in the cold lost

It is supposed to be smoke free, but as soon as I enter it I smelled smoke. I asked the front desk lady and she didn’t answer on why it’s smoke there… Room- the hand soap size of lollipop and doesn’t do anything for you, no soap in it. The water doesn’t flow through the bathroom sink….

Needs many improvements.
I stayed in this hotel for 7 nights. When I checked in, the counter in the kitchen and bathroom had not been cleaned. The carpet had not been vacuumed and had lots of dog/cat hair in it. This is a Suite with a small kitchenette and it was advertised to have cookware available: there was NONE. When I asked about it, I was told none was available. They did give me a plate, bowl, glass and silverware. The room was quite dated. One of the shelves had pulled out of the wall and fell down when I put a coat on it. Several cabinet doors would no close and were misaligned. The free Wi-Fi didn't work, but I could get it if I wanted to pay. Most times I went to the front desk, there wasn't anyone there and I had to call someone to come to the desk. On the positive side, the room was very quiet and its location was extremely convenient. Overall, this hotel needs to be updated and cleaned. If you have low standards, it will suffice.

The room was not nice. Nothing that i needed was included. I have stayed in the exact same Chain but in a different state. I was happier then. A coffee maker in every room. Cups in every room. NOT HERE. I was even going to complain about the fact that everything smell like weed and cigarette smoke! Then they attempted to bill br extra, and I called to inquire. The manager starts talking down to me like I was the guiltily party! He accused me of having a smoke party! I assured him that I've NEVER EVEN smoked anything my entire life, and explained that all the rooms around me were smoking all sorts of stuff. He then said that he double checked and he made a mistake. I personally believe that they have criminals working there, and they're trying to scam or steal my money. I saw one of the front desk guys out in a vehicle with another guy, smoking weed, and doing a drug deal! Some real shady things happening there. I hated the entire time i was there. I'd ask for a refund, but when was the last time corporate did the right thing?!?

I do not think it is safe for anyone to reserve this hotel. My room was infested with roaches, almost everything was broken, poor smell, and no house cleaning services at all. No one at the front desk was able to help me due to being short on staff and low on supplies. And and I must not forget, lots of mold inside of the tub which made me cough. Please, no one stay here.

J’avais choisi cet hôtel pour la possibilité de cuisiner mes repas et faire du sport, ce que confirmait l’annonce. Arrivé samedi après-midi pour repartir lundi matin. Ils m’ont dit le samedi soir qu’il fallait attendre le matin pour les ustensiles de cuisine et la machine à café (il n’y avait rien dans la chambre. J’ai dû dîner dehors alors que je ne voulais pas. Le matin du dimanche j’ai demandé à deux personnes inactives derrière l’accueil s’ils pouvaient me donner le coking set. Ils m’ont dit qu’ils étaient en sous effectif et qu’ils ne pouvaient pas, qu’il fallait revenir à 11h. En fait ils ne voulaient pas. Je suis revenu à 11h. Ils n’avaient pas bougé de leur place et étaient toujours les yeux rivés sur leur smartphone. Ils m’ont dit qu’ils ne pouvaient rien faire car ils étaient en sous effectif. Ils m’ont dit de voir avec l’équipe de l’après-midi. J’y suis allé à 16h et il m’a dit qu’il BD pouvait rien faire car il fallait demander à l’équipe du matin . J’ai donc Appelé hôtel.com, La personne de l’accueil leur a dit qu’ils ne pouvaient rien faire et que je devais attendre lundi matin, jour de mon départ d’ailleurs. Et pas de discount Pour la salle de sport encore mieux, ils m’ont dit qu’ils n’en avaient pas alors qu’ils ont un accord avec une salle de sport proche (appris par hôtel.com). On peut dire qu’ils m’ont gâché mon séjour. Le service n’est pas seulement médiocre, il est arrogant et insultant. Vous êtes détestables !!

Visit
The toilet wasn’t properly cleaned and I the remote control wasn’t working. I called the service desk and the person said i had to wait until the next day. I didn’t take pictures due to disbelief.

Dirty, noisy and worn down, all the doors had to be forced closed. The staff that was there when i checked in was great, but the lady when i left in the morning was rude to the point of being insulting.
