The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff were courteous and helpful. The only problem was parking. The garage was limited on spots and very tight going in and out.

While everything about the property was convenient and clean, walking distance to shopping and food; the front desk could’ve done a better job at explaining the parking situation better. It was stated in the itinerary I would have parking fee with in/out privileges, but not on the exception that we take our ticket inside the hotel to have it validated. Ended up paying more than u should have because this wasn’t explained to us at the front desk. Over all the stay was nice.

Parking garage is safe and easy. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Location is awesome. Service is not what it was...there's some passive aggression at the front desk by some not all; and if they overbook, the inconvenience falls on the guests which is unacceptable.

Hello Lynette! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. The hotel was not overbooked on your check in day. We were not able to check you in at 3pm due to the connecting room request. In order for the rooms to be connecting, the wait was necessary as there are very few king rooms that connect to other king rooms at our property. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced and hope you can give us another chance to meet your expectations in the future.
