Posizione vincente camere spaziose ed accoglienti ottimo letto e materasso bagno spazioso ( ma avrei messo 2 lavandini essedno una matrimoniale ) una pecca riguarda l'ora di pulizia della stanza: se esco dalla stanza alle 9 del mattino e metto l'avviso di pulire la stanza, alle 15,30 devo trvarla fatta, e non sentirmi dire che hanno tempo fino alle 17 per rifarla...! la cosa

The hotel was spectacular. It looked better than the pictures. Staff was very professional and happy to make everything work. It definitely was worth the money. It surpassed the expectations.

When we arrived our room wasn’t ready they put us in a “city view” which was a wall and a side walk, me and my husband were changing and another guest walked in they double booked our room. When we didn’t feel comfortable staying out long due to not knowing if they person key still worked when we returned from dinner neither one of our keys worked they told us we would have to come get the key ourselves because it may take a while for them to bring it very inconvenience. When we decided to stay in and enjoy the pool and hot tub the hot tub was out of order and the pool was full of kids they advertise as a romantic setting. When we decided to just watch television we discovered the room doesn’t offer a smart tv just limited cable so we watched tvs on our phones. I think the hotel was over rated

Glad to choose this hotel to be the first time at the city. I feel completely safe and welcoming, the hotel is beautiful, smell amazing, the employees are very attentive. They are there for all your needs. The location is well centered at the loop and you have restaurant, stores and all that you need walking around ! I do a long research to choose due the variety around , now I cam say that I dont regret. I will.go back to this beautiful city and stay at The Langham again.

Servicio excepcional. alimentos deliciosos. Habitación amplia con todo lo necesario. muchos extras en la habitación. Solo los canales de televisión son malos. Deberían de habilitar la posibilidad de conectar sus propias aplicaciones streaming de los huéspedes.

Love this little "nook" of the city, very walkable but not crazy busy. The hotel is beautiful, with stunning views from bars and restaurants. Our Room was gorgeous with lots of upgrades in furnishings, bathroom finishes etc. Can't wait to go back!

Another great stay at the Langham my home away from home. The club level is spectacular, the gym has a wonderful sauna and Phillipe has to be the greatest concierge on the planet. He got us dinner reservations to Bavettes despite it being sold out. Already looking forward to our next stay.

Very easy to communicate with. Great customer service from pre-arrival to check out process. The whole building is clean and quiet. Great location within walking distant of so many things you’d want to do in the city. It was a pleasant stay and would be recommended to any friends or family I know.
