The Staff member on duty when we arrived, showed us to our unit, which I thought was very nice, usually we are handed a key and need to find our own way. While everything was clean and tidy, the motel dated in that no extractor fans in kitchen or bathroom and written instructions not to open windows.

I feel they need to update some of the furnishings eg sofa and chair had seen better days. The sofa had no support and uncomfortable to sit on. The beds were comfy and the room clean

Located on bus stop for convenience to get to airport or downtown. Walking distance to restaurants and some shopping. Older motel but clean, the guy (owner) was very nice.

Stayed there for one week. Good place of you are staying a few nights. They have washing machine there which was handy, and some basic cooking facilities. It was a very short drive into the CBD and the major shopping centre was walking distance up the road. I would happily stay there again. Parking was difficult due to the site itself being small. I found on two occassion all parking spaces were occupied so I had to park on the road for a short time. I rented a small hatchback car which was perfect for the hotel, anything bigger would have been difficult to park there.

The bed only had one bedside table (and not on the side that I use) - this was a little annoying The Shower had mould on the ceiling - everything else we beautifully clean but I could not give cleanliness a high rating as a result. Car parking was extremely tight - had to back out once. Need somewhere to turn around I loved the location and the staff were friendly and helpful Shower pressure was poor once you moved the handle through to hot water (good pressure on cold water). More little milk things would have been nice - I had to ask for more and no problem getting them. But if more were put in for a start then anything left over can be used for next person. Sky channels were very grainy and difficult to figure out how to switch to sky. But normal free view TV was clear. I would come again - overall I was happy.

The staff were amazing and friendly rooms are clean and spacious , as I have a knee problem they had the perfect room to cater for disability, it’s close to shops and even though on a main road it was quiet, I will be staying again and definitely recommend

I would highly recommend staying at ascot me and my husband enjoyed our 2 weeks stay staff and hospitality was spot on always smiling close to paknsav countdown the mall would definitely stay there again thank you for havinv us 😊

Waited at reception for 10min to check in. I decided to ring and only then someone came out. TV didn’t work so manager came to fault find and found the wall socket not working. Later found the two in the bedroom not working either. No smoke alarms or rangehood/fan. No fan in the bathroom which explains the pink mould forming in the shower. There was various furniture/belongings dumped on the grass behind reception and no in room recycling available. There was dust above the TV and on the skirting boards. On a positive note the washing machine and dryer were easy to use and free.

So easy, quiet, comfortable and friendly. Everything exactly where it was supposed to be. Easy exit onto the main road, despite it being busy. Very easy stay.

Great location, clean and had all we need.
Great location. It was nice and clean and the staff were very friendly. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as we hoped. Quite small units but had everything we needed in kitchen for our own cooking. Water pressure in shower was good too.

Quiet premises and very clean and tidy. It had all we needed for an overnight stay and was close to eateries and a petrol station.

Basics covered
Easy access even with road cones lined up at entrance from ongoing roadworks. Friendly helpful staff. Foldaway bed made up and quite comfortable for the extra person. Quiet room. Easy walk to food shops.

Comfortable stay
Clean, warm and comfortable. The bathroom doesn't have an extractor fan, which could lead to mildew. No handsoap unfortunately, but they provide couple petite bars of bodysoap and small "pouch" of shampoo located under the sink. Shower had good pressure. Kitchen is small and could be better equipped, but it's decent for a simple meal. A luggage rack or even a chair in the bedroom would be a bonus. Bed is comfortable and has electric blankets. I don't like that there were cushions leaning against the pillows, as there is nothing to place the cushions on when going to bed, I suspect most people throw them on the floor, which is not hygienic at all. A small lamp on the bedside table would be great. The bedroom is unfortunately too small to have a bedside table on both sides. Small closet next to the entrance and couch. Couch is too soft for my taste but comfortable enough for the duration of a film. Surprisingly quiet even though it's located next to a busy road. Some noise can be heard from upstairs unit, especially if they're showering. Check-in was easy, not many words exchanged. I knew the checkout time but it would be good to mention this at least. Would be nice if checkout was offered at 11am instead of 10am (probably can ask for a late checkout), it would separate the motel from competitors. Very friendy lady at checkout. Cute cat in reception as well.
