Struttura valida
Per essere un 4 stelle, mi sarei aspettato qualcosa in più dalla colazione. Non tutto il personale di sala parla inglese. Comodissimo il parcheggio gratuito. Posizione ottima, vicino alla stazione del treno e al centro. Camere silenziose, anche se vicine alla stazione.

non e un 4 stelle ....al massimo 2
Non èun 4 stelle al massimo 2 stelle e mezza,ma prprio essendo di manica larga la camera era caldissima e anke se vicino alle montagne,in un 4 stelle la climatizzazione individuale è un servizio che non deve mancare, inoltre la camera era con un soffitto basso.Aprendo la finestra c'era solo baccano ma ho risolto in parte,inoltre avevo prenotrato una camera vista città e invece mi hanno messo in una stanza vista parcheggio/cortile dell edificio accanto. il letto era scomodissimo,un materasso praticamente in fin di vita, ti sentivi le molle puntare dappertutto i cuscini erano solo di un tipo, nei quattro stelle almeno devono esere di due tipi. la colazione era decente anke se c'erano poche cose e nulla di salato caldo, non all altezza di un 4 stelle,poi sentite questa, io avevo la colazione a buffet inclusa ma se volevo un uovo strapazzato dovevo pagarmelo,non ho mai visto una cosa del genere,per altro mi hanno chiesto uno sprposito. poi dopo aver richiesto espressamente l opzione camera fumatori, ho scoperto che l hotel è totalmente non fumatori...ma allora cosa lo chiedi?? non ci tornero mai più..e comunque non sopporto di pagare tutti quei soldo per poi sentirmi chiederne altri per un uovo. uniche due cose positive, la posizione centrale e il personale davvero molto gentile e premuroso I

Quel hôtel charmant! Nous l’avions choisi pour sa localisation pratique à 2 minutes de la gare. Et on a adoré! Petit hôtel sympathique offrant la meilleure localisation possible; près de la gare mais aussi de la rue piétonnière. Juste à côté de la confiserie Maron qui offre de délicieuses gâteries dans un décor vintage. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir accès à notre chambre dès notre arrivée ce qui fut très apprécié. Accueil charmant, chambre confortable, propre et moderne, avec machine Nespresso. 😍 Petits déjeuners super, en variété, en quantité et en qualité! Vraiment ravis de notre séjour dans cet hôtel.

Great Family Suite, staff mixed quality
We stayed 1 night in the family suite, which was large, clean & beautiful. The young man who checked us in (Elia) was nice & helpful, but the girl on the late shift could not have been more unpleasant and obstructive. When we were checking in, another couple was checking out 2.5 hours late, and Elia just said "no problem." When (exhausted, that eve) we asked if we could have a later checkout, the evening girl did not bother asking why, or how much later, but came up with every excuse to deny it - "Well, you didn't book with us directly. Well, you're not Platinum with us." I said that if the hotel contracts with Expedia, then it should honor Expedia's policies and not punish guests who use the platform the hotel chose to partner with, but she was stuck like a mule in mud. Obv we didn't waste our one evening in Chur arguing w/her bovine stupidity, but simply asked Elia in the morning, who said "sure, no problem" like any normal person. This would have been a perfect stay if not for that miserable bureaucrat. The rest of the staff were all pleasant & professional, but like they say, "one idiot can ruin your whole day."

Staff were exceptionally helpful, proactive and very friendly, at reception as well as during breakfast. The hotel location is incredibly convenient right next to the train station. The breakfast buffet was varied and very tasty. The one downside was that the room was very hot, too warm to sleep. However, it was at least possible to open many windows and wide, something not always possible in hotels. I would recommend this hotel and happily stay there again.

The desk staff is amazing. Incredibly helpful and care about resolving all your issues, questions, and even worries (about, in my case, how to obtain Bernina Express tickets to go along with previously purchased reservations). The breakfast staff were very kind about providing gluten free bread which was a nice touch as they took it seriously and this makes breakfast always nicer in a buffet environment. And speaking of buffets, they have coloured soft boiled eggs. And chocolate infused muslix. And many other options but those two are enough to be super excited about. Bedding was phenomenal. Didn't want to get out of bed. ABC Hotel in Chur is awesome and I am very happy to have discovered it.

Location, location, location! The hotel is literally right next to the train station and makes it so convenient given that you’re likely coming to Chur via train and using the Bernina Express. The rooms are very nice with very big, modern bathrooms. The room was well done, and even had a Nespresso machine. Massive breakfast spread that was so fresh and plentiful. They even had Prosecco! The entire breakfast team was so nice and helpful. Overall, a very good stay and highly recommend!!

Enjoyable and modern hotel
The front desk here are great, room was wonderful especially the balcony. Only slight let down breakfast after 9.20am hot food does not seem replaced any of the items and one of the breakfast staff was always very rude. Every other aspect of the hotel experience was 10/10 excellent.

Upon checking in, Sara, staff member, made a wonderful suggestion to go up the mountain on the tram, which was an amazing experience on a sunny day in fall. The rooms are large and the bathroom has two sinks and a walk-in shower with lots of warm fresh water. Perfect place to stay!

The ABC is a lovely friendly hotel just across the road from the station, but it is incredibly quiet too. The rooms are clean and very well maintained. It doesn’t do meals other than breakfast but there are dozens of good bars, restaurants and take-away outlets just a short walk away. The breakfast buffet is superb! Huge choice, well presented, and with really friendly staff to help. We have stayed here several times over the years and will do again.
