Friendly service, disgustingly service
The front desk attendant was very friendly upon arrival. We were checked in quickly. We went to our room and there were crumbs still on the desk, and water splatters on the bathroom counter (which you could see had been very quickly wiped over, but not actually cleaned). I clean for a living so could tell this room had not actually been cleaned. When picking up the phone to call front desk, the phone was plugged in, but dead. I called them on my phone and he was understanding and immediately offered to change rooms. That was a quick process as well. The second room was not great, but at this point i didn't want to keep moving around with my kids. The walls were extremely dirty, with what appeared to be a dirty handprint next to the headboard. The shower had soapy water marks on the wall, so it appeared only the tub had been scrubbed clean. The toilet was very slow to flush.

I reserved a handicappped accessible room and was given a standard room. The next room was handicapped but....the bathroom floor was filthy with feces on the wall. We washed the wall and floor with towels provided by the front desk and rinsed with water dribbling from the broken showerhead. Many other features did not work as well. What a dump.

1st room was dirty and smelly, also refrigerator didn't work. 2nd room was even more dirty. Walls falling apart and extremely dirty. 3rd room was still dirty and sheets were torn. We DREADED going back there at the end of the night. We went and found another hotel.

1. Have lots of stains in the room. 3. The fire alarm and splashing system seems doesn’t work, lots of cobweb on it. 5. They don’t even have onetime use plastic cup in the room! Don’t know how to brush my teeth without it. 6. The light in restroom is sensitive light, which means either you need to wave your hand or click on the button thousands time you take a shower or using bathroom, or, you do it totally IN THE DARK!

Found a bed bug in the room and went up to get a new room and the night person didn’t care and threatened to make me leave the hotel because “he just got there and didn’t have energy for this”. I’ll never even think about staying at that hell hole again.

Showering in the dark
The place has declined some since i.last stayed there years ago. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. But everything was old and could be freshened up some. The worst thing was the lights in the bathroom and at the sink. The owner took out light switches to install motiin sensor activated lights. Those lights only stay on 20-30 seconds before turning off again. It is a nuisance. Do you like showering in the dark? I dont. But that is what happens. When showering, because you're on the other sideof the shower curtain tge sensor cant sense you moving. So the light turns off every 20-30 seconds forcing you to wiggle the shower curtain to turn.the light back on. That happens repeatedly. Tgere didn't seem to.be any way to force tbe light to stay on.

Rooms in bad shape. First room i was given the bathroom and vanity lights did not work. Second room had what looked like mold on the ac unit vent. Thr bathroom had 2 cans of pop left open on the ground. No towels for the shower. Extremely poor conditions.

Gas station convenience stores nearby. That’s about it for food and drink unless you like Bob Evans which is across the street. Lamp in room was missing its bulb. Bathroom door knob had practically fallen off and was inoperable. Bathroom door wouldn’t full close. My room was near pfieffer rd which is a busy thoroughfare so street noise could be heard most of the day except when AC was running which was very loud.

There was actual blood on the bedding. The floors were filthy. The smell was terrible. If it wasn’t for having driven 16 hours straight we would have slept in our car instead!
