Highly recommended before or after a cruise. Very clean and modern hotel, with a very comfortable and big beds, at a very short distance (less than 2 minute walk with luggage) to the cruise terminal shuttle stop. This a great place to stay before or after a cruise. There are coffee shops and restaurants nearby, and even a grocery store just about a block away if you want to pick up any beer or inexpensive bottles of wine. And...the private car Domenico arranged for us was 20 Euro less than the quote we got from a different property for the same transfer.

BRAND NEW HOTEL WITH A FANTASTIC AND LUXURY FURNITURE. I BOOKED 1 ROOM FOR 2 PEOPLE THE DAY BEFORE OUR CRUISE, AND I HAVE TO SAY THAT IS FANTASTIC, THE HOTEL IS 1 MINUTE BY WALK FROM THE ROYAL CARRIBBEAN SHUTTLE BUS, AND ALSO FROM ALL THE OTHER SHUTTLE BUS, AND THE ROOM IS BIGGER THAN EXPECTED, WHICH MAKES IT MORE COMFORTABLE. SUPER ADVISED!

Stayed here the night before our cruise. Small but all we needed! Super comfy bed, convenient access to shops, restaurants, etc , 10-15min walking distance. Luca was super friendly and made our stay that much better. Thanks so much, definitely recommend this hotel!

I love the location. If you are leaving on a cruise and coming in a day early, this is a perfect location. The cruise port is down the street, maybe a 5 minute walk. We just rolled our suitcases there, hopped on the bus and to the ship. The town is small, we enjoyed exploring and eating. The food was delicious. If you go, make sure your phone works, ours didn’t, so you can use it translate. Our next cruise, if we leave from there, we will be staying there. Oh, they also had a shuttle pick us up, for a charge.

Highly recommend Hotel Smart Cruise. Luca was extremely diligent in making sure we were well taken care of. Hotel was immaculate. It is close to port and less than one block from where the shuttle bus picks you up to take you to the port. They also have a shuttle service to pick you up at the airport. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

Perfect
Using a QR code to unlock the room is really cool. The staff are friendly and room is very clean. The location is only 2 minutes away from the port shuttle to the cruise and 5-10 minutes away from the city centre. I would come back next time.

Fantastic location for cruisers!
Rooms are great, especially for the price. Big, very clean. Be sure to keep a picture or non-internet version of the key code on your phone in case your internet isn’t working, etc. There’s a fairly large cafe nearby that serves decent breakfast and a couple of others. Got a really nice pedicure nearby (couple blocks away) for good price right before getting on the cruise. Pizza place next door was okay, not fantastic. Hotel staff went out of their way to make sure everyone was comfortable and had what they needed. Kudos to Barbara for her kindness!! No one there at night is biggest drawback in my opinion and I couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Were able to walk over to Largo Della Pace with ease, even with a LOT of luggage, to catch shuttle bus to cruise terminal. Highly recommended.

Great little hotel
This was the perfect hotel if you are going on a cruise. It is right by the cruise terminal and there is a free shuttle really close by that takes you to the ship. The hotel is small but very comfortable. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and Luca was really helpful. The hotel is also really close to shops, supermarkets and restaurants We went for a lovely walk along the waterfront stopping at a cute little restaurant for wine and a chacuterie plate that was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we plan on going back there next year before our cruise.

This is a moderate priced gem in an ideal location for cruisers. The hotel is new and clean and tastefully decorated.. High quality befs pillows linens and towels along with a wonderful spacios bathroom with a large shower. The room is also stocked with a mini fridge with complimentary waters juice and treats. Barbars the Manager was absolutely wonderful and gracious and very helpful. The pizza parlor next door is very busy with locals and the pizza was wonderful. We will stay here again and i highly recomend this hotel.

Beyond Fabulous and Clean
This us a fabulous concept for a hotel. A QR code gives access to the hotel and room immediately. The hotel is so clean it looks like it’s never been touched. We stayed one night before our cruise and so many restaurants are just minutes away walking distance. The bed is so delicious it would be easy to miss the cruise and just sleep in their comfortable bedding. The decor is contemporary and clean with beautiful tiling and great pops of color. We live in Miami and this style hotel would be sold out constantly there.

Perfect location for the cruise port.
This hotel was in a great location to the cruise port. I was able to walk out of the hotel with my luggage for a short walk to the cruise shuttle. Very clean hotel with wonderful staff.
