“My wife and I had a three-year COVID delayed 35th (turned into 38th) wedding anniversary in Ireland, Spain and Portugal. Although Doolin wasn't on our list for 2020 we added it for 2023 and were very happy we did so; especially given the great communication and flexibility that we had from Rosanna and Patrick.
