Not very good, had to wait to check in (no one at the desk, back entrance didn’t work, we had to park twice, loud party very noisy at the entrance late in night over our room, hair dryer didn’t work. At the price they charge, it should have been better

Enjoyed breakfast employees made sure food was hot and kept plenty out. I think my room was to have King bed but got two queens but that was ok just staying one night. Hall carpet was a little dirty and needed vacuuming but room was clean

I liked the breakfast offering, the spacious room, and large bed. The price for the experience was not worth it. When I checked in, the desk agent was on the phone and did not great me. She finished that call and another call came in and she took that call and was on the phone a few more minutes....so I just stood there. Should have atleast paused the call to great me and say she'll be with me in a minute. Once I opened the door to my room, it smelled like stale, old carpet, or urine....Not a $165 per night room. I went to take a shower and it was a handicap set up. The shower wand was loose and did not stay upright and kept falling. I had to hold the wand in one hand and bathe with the other. Sheetrock repairs were poorly done...no attempt to make the texture look. Paint on ceiling or different colors blending onto other colors. Near the tissue holder is a completely different color from the rest of the wall. Long story short, I was born and raised in Cleveland but I have lived in Georgia for the past 20 years. I know this is a newer hotel and it does not look well maintained for the age. I would have stayed in Ruleville at the "Roach" motel for $65 if I new the room would smell the way it did. Luckily I was alone so I could deal with it but my wife would have wanted to check out. The front desk agent was nice I just think she needs better training on how to deal with phone calls and customers in the lobby. The condition of this hotel is all on "Leadership"

The carpet of our room - 116 - under the desk and all around the h/a unit was very wet. We had no luggage holder for our luggage, and only 2 hangers. On the second day housekeeping took our dirty washcloths and hand towels and did not replace them. Only 5 weeks before we’d stayed there and everything was excellent!! Oh, yes, and the bedside lamp on the left side did not work.

The room size was large and the bed is huge. Unfortunately, when I opened the door, the room smelled like urine. Sorry.....totally ruined the vibe.

Carpet in room was wet from flooding rains. Black mold on ceiling corner. Wall and ceiling crumbling in bathroom. Soap dispenser empty and broken. Hair from previous guests. The room smelled musty from being wet.

Do not recommend
The condition of the hotel is terrible. The room door was not secure. Some lamps did not work. The toilet barely worked-had to flush several times. The shower head was broken. The room had an odor probably from carpet. The only saving grace was the great staff. Friendly and helpful.

Funeral weekend
I was called saying the online over booked, so I was asked to take a king bed with let out sofa instead of a double bed. We had ants in the bathroom and the room smelled dirty. Other than that the service was great.

The people at the desk was great checking in and out. The part i was disappointed with was the breakfast wasnt that great and my tub had no shower curtain ..1st time ever experiencing that but other than that was fine. I did feel it was pricey for the location and condition of the hotel

The bathroom floor was filthy, the elevator was broken it didn’t stop on the 2nd floor. The carpet was filthy in the room. The remote did not work even when the batteries had been changed. The sheer curtains were severely torn apart. It didn’t match up to the quality of Holiday Inn suite. I would love a refund. The customer service was great!!!!!!!!!

The elevator was dirty our whole stay. Our whole room could of used a good wipe down. The bathroom was the worse, shower curtain rack was broken so we had to stand in the middle of the shower where the shower curtain covered, water damage on the all near shower, toilet seat had damage and handle to toilet broken.
