“Dank der netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, fühlt man sich ab dem ersten Moment wie zu Hause. Sie standen immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Hotel selbst ist eine kleine ruhige Oase mitten in der Stadt. Die Atmosphäre ist entspannend und einladend, und es gibt viele gemütliche Ecken und einen schönen Garten um sich zurückzuziehen. “I booked a kind of suite and when I arrived there were 31 degrees inside. It seems the room hadn't been opened for months. They offered me an upgraded room, that was a littlle better but it seems the hotel overall has some air conditioning problems ( and in Cluj it was rainy and not hot at all these days ). I think the hotel does not match the Hilton standards. ”

Je suis un peu déçu du service de ménage qui n’a pas remis de produits d’hygiène, pour une fois que je comptais sur ces produits, et ménage rapide entre 2 nuits. Le restaurant est st très sympa et en plus c’est bon ”
