Nous n'avons reçu aucune plainte de votre part pendant votre séjour, en ce qui concerne le petit-déjeuner, de sorte qu'il nous est difficile de savoir avec exactitude lorsque vous avez eu une mauvaise expérience. Comme vous pouvez le voir dans la description de notre page Hotel.com, nous n'offrons pas de chambres avec air conditionné. La climatisation n'est disponible que dans certaines chambres, moyennant un supplément de 15 Lei (3 euros) / jour. Ce n'est pas un "pourboir" pour la réceptionniste - c'est le prix, et vous obtenez un reçu.
