“Albergo molto carino, tranquillo come tutta l’isola. Non c’e servizio colazione, ma si può pranzare e cenare. Direi uno dei pochi posti dove si possa mangiare bene a Molokai, il mare davanti all’hotel è brutto tipo paludoso. La piccola piscina troppo sporca. Ma la stanza sul mare, l’alba i tramonti ti ripagano di tutti i disservizi. L’isola e’ bellissima, ma senza strutture e l’hotel Molokai è il posto migliore dove abitare.”

“L'appartamento era in posizione stupenda, con il balcone sul mare, dove ci si poteva rilassare, guardando il mare. Dotato di tutti i confort, anche se necessita un po' di manutenzione. Unico problema: siamo arrivati alle 10 di mattina, non c'era nessuno alla reception e non ci avevano lasciato comunicazioni su come entrare nella casa. Gli abitanti di Molokai sono comunque molto disponibili e ci hanno aiutato a contattare la struttura, per avere indicazioni. ”

“We chose this condo due to its central location close to town and also to the Hotel Molokai where there is a nice restaurant and live music. This condo was well equipped and very comfortable and we chose it also because it had AC where most condos in Molokai do not. It is a quiet complex and we enjoyed the views and the pool. Molokai was fun to explore and a beautiful place in the world but one must enjoy a lack of tourist activities. We love the outside and nature so it suited us for the time...

“We were drawn to the west side of Moloka'i for its remoteness, yet it's only about 35 minutes from the airport. The description was accurate; Remote and Private. Ocean view. The area offers wonderful beach strolls including the nearly 3 mile long Papohaku Beach. Relatively quiet and adjacent to the now long-time closed Sheraton Hotel that offers a ghost town feel. Interesting history there. The condo at Maunaloa is well-seasoned, clean, and just fine. It offered what we needed.”

“Great location for convenient access to all island activities, very relaxing compound. A few minor issues: 1. The inside temperature was 87 degrees and very stuffy upon arrival despite outside highs being only 78-80 degrees. By opening all doors and windows, maxing all fans and buying a couple more at hardware store to donate to the home we were able to cool the place down to 76-78 degrees overnight but then had to close all window shades through daytime hours to maintain marginal comfort. 2....

“Condo has a great view from the balcony. We saw multiple whales just outside the reef. The property is well maintained with nicely kept grounds, well maintained swimming pool, and user friendly barbecue area. Be prepared for the roosters (not as loud as Kauai) and a bit of road noise in the early morning hours. The bathrooms were roomy and clean and had an abundance of hot water.”
