Case in affitto a Colombo

"We were asked to pay an extra of 10 dollars to get a room upgrade. In all fairness the difference between the standard room and the upgrade were not significant, anyway we accepted to go for the upgrade since the room was bigger. Once in the room we see the toilet quite dirty, and i complained to the hotel because i think if you upgrade a room you need to guarantee a certain level of service. Anyway at the reception the hotel manager didn't want to give the money back or offer us a breakfast. I think they are not customer orientated at all. As well for that amount of money there are in Colombo way better hotels."
